I just left about a half hour ago from here! It was my first time here and I had Kay for my massage! She was absolutely wonderful and my favorite massage I’ve ever had! Everyone here was so nice. Deff coming back and bringing my boyfriend!

Great place for a massage. The staff is very professional and sets you up comfortably. I booked a weekday appointment with only a few days notice. Weekends are obviously busier but each time I’ve gone the service is great.

Madison is wonderful! She is gentle, knowledgeable, and puts you at ease like she did me. I hesitated to come here as it was my first time. I recommend coming to this location because it is clean, soothing, and near a Chic Fil A!

I had a hydro platinum facial today. It was wonderful, and I highly recommend one. Shelly did a fantastic job. She was very personable, sweet and kind. I felt like I was friends with her. I’ll be returning for a microdermabrasion soon!

Keira was phenomenal! I’ve been suffering with a bulging disk and she was so accommodating. She worked through all the tough spots checking in constantly to make sure I was comfortable. I’m a talker and she and I had amazing conversation. I am very impressed and will absolutely be back.

My wife scheduled us a couples massage for our anniversary. We were notified 24hr before our appointment that our appointment had been double booked and that we would have to reschedule. Unfortunately because of the nature of this holiday weekend we were unable to make other accommodations. I contacted the manager Paige who deftly took hold of the situation and escalated it to the general manager Amanda. Now, I've heard of customer service that goes above the call of duty, but for a GM to call a customer with a situation such as ours @1800 on a Friday is exceptional. Amanda explained her dedication to making our situation right. I look forward to the LaVida experience knowing the apt manner in which this organization is managed.

I loved how Kiera was very thorough with assessing and treating my trouble areas and she also described things I could do at home to stretch and provide comfort to myself at home. She’s extremely knowledgeable, friendly and doesn’t make you feel rushed. Absolutely one of the best Therapists in metro-Detroit! My wife and I will refuse to go to anyone else!!!

I had the full body massage with focus to upper body by Shay, it was amazing!!

I got a couples massage and our therapists were Dylan and Jeff. Dylan was very warm and inviting and Jeff did a good job as well. Receptionists were nice, clean environment. Would definitely go again.
