I’ve been an Avis customer for over 6 years. Through these years I’ve rented from so many locations including different States and they’ve always been very great. This location will charge you for picking up a car at 3pm on a Friday and returning it at 2pm on Saturday because they are not there to check it in. This makes no sense considering the rental period is for a day and not hours. This can be reasonably managed. It’s very basic.

Needed a car rental for a one way trip to WI. I was assured they had the van I wanted available for the day I wanted. I was even quoted a price and was told that it would be waiting for me. 4 days later when I went to pick it up I was informed that there was NOTHING available for a one way trip for me! Very inconvenient as I had to procure a motel room for the night and have a family member make the 8 hour trip (one way) to pick me up the next day and get me home. They were very pleasant and accommodating on the phone but non-existent with any type service!

It would actually be NO stars if that were an option! I was given a vehicle that was filthy, no washer fluid, low on coolant, and a check engine light. We got about 1000 miles from home, and had to have the vehicle towed. No replacement (exchange) vehicle was ever received. I was on the phone with countless reps over 2 days and ended up having to BUY a vehicle to finish our vacation and to be able to get 5 adults and all of our stuff back home. No one from Avis ever followed up on our case! Then I had to spend more time on the phone on multiple calls to get most, but not all of my money back! I will NEVER rent from Avis again!

Avis car rental website says nothing about a $ 200 deposit to rent a car, they wait till you go to pick up the car and pay , then they throw in the " oh there is a $200 deposit! " i have to leave a star rating just to post a review, but i would not reccomend Avis car rental to anyone!!.

Brittany was extremely helpful and the car was clean. Very low miles on it and had zero issues. Highly recommend.

From day one was horrible my car had mechanical problems Brittany wouldn't trade my vehicle. She charged me 25$ extra for a free upgrade...... Charged me 189$ a day for extension...... I drop the car off the big guy said everything was fine besides the gas so I say ok I'll pay the 10/gallon.... He says no smoke smell and it's clean so the gas was the only thing ...... Three days later I'm getting charged 929.89$ for cleaning fee when he checked it before I left and said everything was perfect. Now my account is negative 9000 like I didn't even pay for anything. They are scamming people'smoney. They did the same thing to my mother in law. I'm going to court

I have rented a vehicle for my friend as he is not having a credit card i used mine to book and the website allowed and haven’t showed any disclaimer that the driver credit card only should be used. When I went to the Avis office for car delivery, there was this lady who really either doesn’t like job or doesn’t like immigrants was very rude in explaining things. She could have explained things in a friendly manner. It was a set back for us as we went all the way to the office to pick up car but had to return home without and our plan got cancelled because of it. I don’t understand why she was behaving like that, clearly she needs help understanding the term “Customer Service”.

Brennan was awesome 👏🏻 if I could give him 100 star, I most certainly would!!! This man went out of his way to give my personal car a jump and made sure I was good to go. He did not have to do that by any means so I appreciate that!!! This is the best Avis location around, no matter who is working, I always get great customer service!!
