Tonight was our first time trying Telly's, and I was so super disappointed. We ordered 2 burgers with fries for carry out. They tasted of burnt charcoal. There was no other flavor there. Seriously, the patty was so blackened with burntness and it completely took over the taste. It was inedible. Both servings had about 6 French fries. Additionally, the lady couldn't be bothered to get a small ramekin of mayo for us. Ridiculous.

No non cruelty plant based foods, just the same meat and chicken everybody else has.

Steak sandwich is not a sandwich. Literally a whole steak on a piece of rye bread (not even sliced). Disappointed in that. Stick with a burger or salad those are decent.

There's no need to be anxious. The entire staff is awesome! The women at the reception desk are amazing & Dr Mike is an actual Tooth Whisperer 😆 I should know. I have literally been tortured by previous dentists who did subpar work leading to further damage and more costly treatments. So, if you want perfection and modern-day treatment options from highly skilled practitioners, come see Dr Mike and crew! Dr Direzzi is pretty great also. I just wish I could name all of the assistants because they're outstanding as well! Choose the best and tell them Kashana sent you. 👌🏽

Sandy is very kind and gentle. My cleaning are always gentle yet thorough. The whole staff is pleasant and professional. This office Do not feel like a dental office it feel like you’re visiting friends but you come out with pearly whites. Lol. Dr. Mike is really cool. He did my implants pain free. I love my smile now. I still have more work to do. But so far so good.

I went to my new Dentist appointment today. Had deep cleaning and gained some good insight to what dental care I will need in near future. Thanks to the very well trained staff and Dr Danelia!!! They all went the extra mile with explaining details of what they offer with caring concern ...I consider them Super Heroes and gave 5 stars because they are so great at what they do and manage to do with efficiency, Humor and sincerity. Highly recommend !!

Dr. Mike is very likable and talented. Very soon after my first visit with him, he did a crown with little to no discomfort, and it came out beautifully. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a dentist.

I love coming to My Family Dental-Grosse Pointe. I really like Dr. Mike and Cindy. I don't however like having to return to the office a million times just to get my denture implants fixed. You know? Like the bands on them aren't holding my denture in place. Ugh! It's so darn frustrating. But, I still give them 4 out of 5 stars. Although, I just remembered that I have 1 more complaint. Wow! Are they ever sticklers for time. I was once three minutes late and they called me at exactly 11:03 on my cellphone to inquire if I was still attending my appointment which I said yes for the umpteenth time that I would still be there as I was walking up to the door and had verbally confirmed my appointment just a couple days prior to that and confirmed via a text message too. And then I got scolded for showing up 3 minutes late for my appointment. SMH!! Yet, this last time that I was there which was just last Monday. They took an hour and 15 minutes before they even called me in the back for my appointment which took a grand total of 15 minutes. Doesn't make much sense to me!!

Great service Dr. Mike and staff are amazing!!! Service is always professional and kind. Never pushy on procedures, but will explain in detail your options. Love the no pain policy. Which is very true! They’re committed to making you feel completely comfortable. By far one of the best dentist I’ve been to in a long time. Even my 5 year old loves to sit in the chair. My Family Dental has a fantastic dental Team! I had my teeth and gums cleaned, a filling, a crown put in and two teeth extracted and when the numbing wore off..Absolutely No Pain! Gums weren't sore! Great atmosphere and fantastic team of people! I would highly recommend anyone in need of dental care or for maintaining great gum and dental health!

Great Staff!...Great pricing with or without insurance coverage! Had two implants put in and the process was completely painless. My only complain is its always very warm in the office.

Good food! BUT, very posh, if you're going there, 1 get dressed up, 2 get ready to drop some cash.

First thanks for charging me for prefrozen chicken tenders. Second a BASKET of fries should feed more than one person. Not sure if someone messed up and gave us a side by accident but if that is how small a basket is then I’m sure a side of fries comes up to about 5 single fries. Third when we order Mexican dishes, there shouldn’t be tomato sauce on the rice. Fourth when someone says no sour cream and to substitute with extra sauce, don’t give them two sides of sour cream. Fifth, thanks for not filling the side cup with barely any cheese. Sixth, chicken for fajitas is over cooked. Seventh, stop using stock photos that don’t show the equivalent amount of food we should be getting. Eighth, change your pricing to match the quality of your food. You over charge for the lack of quality and care. Ninth, don’t use the cheapest salsa out of the jar. I generally support local and small businesses, but when you have this many things wrong with your food after spending $40 you have to be honest.

Food and service are amazing. The caesar dressing is unreal. They offer you to taste it before hand because of the garlic content. But who doesn't love garlic?! Cant wait to be back and try other items on the menu.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere walking into the bar. It was quite and I was able to get a good look of the place itself. Didn't catch the waitresses name but she was cool. Our food was nice and hot, very good lemonade the wings were good but the light on the sauce because it was not evenly coated but still good. I noticed that they did greet a few of the regulars. So it's very nice to know that they pay attention to what goes on. I will be coming back to try the other food on the menu.

I am new to the Grosse Pointe area and needed a dentist. On a whim I saw Dr. Mike's office on my morning walk. I thought I would stop in to see if he was accepting new patients. Dr. Mike just happened to greet me at the front desk as his staff was out to lunch. He was so very out going and polite the 1st time we met. I knew right then and there that I was going to feel comfortable at this practice. I have had several appointments at his office to include a cleaning, restorations and an implant still in progress. He has a very nice staff that also needs to be complimented. I am retired from the dental profession from which I worked for 31 years and trust me when I say he is amazing at what he does. His cosmetic work/technique is beautiful!!!! thank you Dr. Mike and staff for all your hard work and dedication.

I’ve had some rough experiences with different dentists in the past which causes a TON of anxiety, but My Family Dental made me feel completely at home and relaxed every time I go. Dr D is the best and all of the dental assistants have been great as well. The front staff is super friendly. Would definitely recommend, especially if you get nervous going to the dentists office

From beginning to now (not at the end just yet) every person here has been absolutely wonderful!!! Wonderful is actually a understatement. I am getting a dental implant currently & I should mention I’m terrified of the dentist, never have a good experience, & usually request to be put asleep. Dr. Mike did my surgery awake & let me tell you by the time it was over I felt like he never started. I’m like “we’re done? Seriously” . That man is God sent! He went above and beyond to make sure I felt no pain and the surgery was an ease. His assistant was just as wonderful as he was. The front desk staff are wonderful, caring, & compassionate as well. The office is very clean. I could not wish for a better dentist.

She was very understanding and helpful. When I got to the office I was terrified to go in. But I am so glad I did. The whole staff was so awesome and patient with me. They made me feel very comfortable and answered all the questions I had. For the first time in my life I actually left a dental office with a smile on my face! I’ve been impressed with My Family Dental GP. Words don’t quite express my gratitude for Dr. Mike but let me just say if you are looking for a caring dentist with technical expertise, he is your dentist. I had my implant completed just recently. I had been afraid of going through the procedure, but Dr. Mike reassured me every step of the way in the process. He also took care of my gum issue (unrelated to the implant) with accurate diagnosis and treatment. I also appreciate the staff members for their professionalism and kindness; Jenn, Cindy, Sandy, Mary, Jonilyn, Hollie, and Jack. Everyone who works there is very nice. Lastly, I’ve been impressed by their state-of-the-art equipment, including digital measurement for impression. I was able to be seen very quickly for bad tooth pain a couple of weeks ago, and was promptly given the necessary treatment, including a root canal, which was fast and surprisingly comfortable, with minimal pain during the procedure and after the anesthetic wore off. I’d highly recommend My Family Dental to anyone in the area!

I was SO anxious to go to the dentist. The moment I walked in I was reassured and put at ease by the front desk staff. My hygienist, Sandy was so kind to me and explained everything so well. She kept checking with me during my cleaning to make sure I was doing okay. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and was afraid to get a lecture about it, but that was not the case at all! Dr. Mike listened to me and more importantly, heard me. You can tell he genuinely cares about people. He put together an amazing care plan that works with my insurance. Dr. Mike and his staff are always wonderful. I recently had a tooth pulled and Dr. Mike was excellent!! He explained everything so well and he’s super patient and gentle. He always lets you know that “you are in control” if you need him to stop for a moment- that’s just what he will do. I was dreading having this back tooth pulled, but he made it so easy. and the recovery has been painless thus far. He even texted me to see how I was feeling the next day ( on a Saturday might I add!!) Highly recommend him if you’re looking for a dentist! 10/10!!

My crown came off while flossing , I was visiting my family. I was an out of towner , and was very impressed with how quick I was seen at this facility. I was in and out , I was very impressed with the staff especially the assistant office manager Jennifer and the provider !!! Great experience for sure . I decided to keep this dentist , as I make my move to Michigan :)
