I had to change my review from 5-star because the last three times I ordered a pizza, the pizza was not made correctly. It did not have enough cheese or topping, and it was overcooked. The pizza I ordered was supposed to be a pepperoni duo. Some slices didn't even have a pepperoni.

I had to change my review because lately my food has been horrible. I ordered 2 pizzas and when I got home to eat my pizza me and my family couldn’t eat it because it was burnt. I called and the person who answered the phone informed me that the pizza wasn’t burnt and that the cheese pizza always looks like it’s burnt. Well that’s not the case because I always order just cheese and it’s never tasted burnt.

Last order was on line for pickup, March 2; 2019. When I returned home I discovered they had given me the wrong salad. Called the store to tell them, they offered a new salad if I wanted to come back to pick it up. That wasn’t a good option because then my pizza would be cold so I declined. The person on the phone then said I could get a free salad with my next order, don’t remember their name but it was a female. Called today, March 14, 2019, to order and inquired about the free salad, explaining the situation while also giving the date and order number. The response was “we have no record of the order” despite explaining that I was looking at the email confirmation of the order. Not worth fighting much over a $5.99 salad, just know you lost a customer.

This location is Terrible. Ordered online delivery twice and both times it took them and hour and a half to deliver my pizza. when it did show up it wasn't cooked like I wanted and it was cold. Most definitely will not be ordering from this location ever again. Wish I could Give zero stars!!!!

Great pizza, I especially love the free flavored crust. I appreciate that they deliver late. We were expecting a 40 minute wait on the delivery, and it only took 25. Great service and quality pizza.

I ordered online and picked up my pizza, it was easy. The pizza was good but stingy on the chicken that I had as a topping. The price was steep, $20 for 1 pizza.

Manager is rude. Their system doesn’t properly calculate addressed. I’m literally 2 miles away in the same city with a prior delivery. Placed an order then got a call 5 minutes later from someone else claiming to be the manager saying even though the order went through they can’t deliver and began to get mouthy when I simply told her I already had a previous delivery from them. She fussed that my number was a new account ( I have three phones and three numbers) this place is a joke unfortunately.

I ordered the same Pizza twice in both times it was wrong and it wasn't on different days I ordered it then had them remake it and they still gave me black olives instead of green

The last two to three times that I got pizza from here, they went WAY too light on the toppings. Too little sauce, and put next to nothing on the flavored crust. Due to the fact that it's not just a single time, I probably will avoid getting pizza from here any longer.

Whoever is running this is doing good work! My orders have been fast, perfect, and above expectation every time. Best Howie's.

Sometimes what you get here will be fine sometimes it will not unfortunately I do not like playing gambling when getting food, this is not how it should be.

Great little place with great pizza their flavored crust is amazing! We got two medium pizzas and a 3 cheese bread for $21.92 pretty good deal. When we ordered they said it would be 20 minutes and I got there in 20 minutes it was coming right out of the oven, perfect. Looks like they have pick up spots outside must bring your food out to you. Definitely recommend Hungry Howie's and I think more pizza places should have fantastic flavored crust!

Don't get me wrong, I like Hungry Howie's Pizza. I've been to this location several times since moving in the area. The last two times, I wish the pizza would have been a little better. The crust was flat and a bit on the tough side. Not what I'm used to getting. Give them another chance and see. Service was good, although I did pay in cash and gave the girl a $20 and exact change. Took a minute to figure it out (change was in bills, not coin). It's not an issue, just a little surprised.

Where's the bacon? Why so stingy with the burger on the bacon cheddar cheeseburger pizza. The dough.. not good. The wait.. long. So dissatisfied. What a waste of my money.

Love this location! We get pizza here 2-3 times a month. Staff is friendly, pizza is always ready quickly and it's hot and SO good. Love ordering on their app. Price is great, too!

I would give NO stars if I could. They have a very RUDE guy answering the phone there. Our conversation went as followed; (Employee): Hi, this is Hungry Howie's, how can I help you? (Me): HI, I would like to place an order for pick up. (Employee): (Talking fast) jdkdjbd jkdjd kdkdjnd kdkdn ndjkd (Me): I'm sorry, I can't understand anything you're saying. (Employee): If you can't hear anything I'm saying then hang up the phone. (Me): What did you say? (Employee): If you can't hear anything I'm saying then hang up the phone. (Me): I can hear you now! What is you're name? (Employee): (Slient for 2 seconds, then hangs up) You're Employees reflects your business. Never ordering food here again.

Pretty good HH. The staff when I go in was friendly, the food is always pretty good. Not a lot to complain about with this location.

This is not for for food or service,but for the jackass semi driver that woke me up at 4:30 a.m.this morning with his idling truck and his decibel breaking conversation which was audible over the running truck. Thanks for starting my day on a great note.

Pizza was fresh and good and employee that rung me up was really pleasant.

not that the pizza isn’t good, but they just told me that I can’t order the exact same pizza that I had last time because “they’re not supposed to do it”. what does that even mean?

If i could give no stars i would. I ordered a pizza and a bread stick for delivery and they told me it would be ready in 35-40 minutes a little long for 9pm but i didn't complain. Waited over an hour and no one ever showed up to my house. Extremely disappointing considering i only live 0.7 miles from the stores location

It's good for a quick meal

Use to be good. Don’t know what happened after the last year but the quality has gone downhill. My well done pizza was not well done. The cheese tasted like rubber. The pizza was soggy and soaked in grease. Ordered a large and got the equivalent of a medium. Not sure if corporate told you to make your pizza smaller but this was a huge rip off for $20.

Was not able to go in, but they had curbside pickup and my Howie roll was great!

My son's pizza and bread was burnt and still sent to the house.... and the person that delivered it a older Caucasian gentleman solicited my son for a tip. I was expecting a call back from management but there was none nor did they leave a voice message so I mailed a letter corporate. I do believe in tipping at 10 or 20% but I do not believe in solicitation which is not allowed anyway to receive a tip. I just don't want this person that was doing the delivery from my home getting in the habit of soliciting any teenager for a tip or anyone for that fact.

Unfortunately, I'm dropping to 4 stars. I don't blame the whole staff for one bad experience. However, our pizza was on the road for over 45 minutes based on the tracker. We're only 5 minutes away and even on busy nights in the past, it never took this long for delivery. We we're willing to overlook that AND a crushed pizza box, until we opened the thin crust and it looked like this. When we called to complain, the manager had an attitude, never apologized for any of the situation, told us that they were short staffed so it happens, then said thin crust pizzas always browned more. This crust was BLACK and should have never been sent out the door. She credited the pizza portion of our order, but this was still very disappointing.

We love the Hungry Howie bread! The online ordering didn't work for some reason but we were able to call in our order and provide a physical card during pickup. We forgot to ask for dipping sauce for the bread, so that was a little disappointing to get back and realize that wasn't in our bag but I should have thought of it earlier. So if you want sauce, be sure to ask for it.

Great staff, always so friendly. Curbside pickup is really convenient. And they dont waste time getting my food to me.

I ordered their 5 dollar small with 2 item deal. Seems that they chinsed on the toppings. With delivery and tip,I paid $11.00 The pizza didnt taste bad,but it did'nt seem like a deal to me. I got what I paid for...A 5 dollar mediocre pizza.

Ordered the Italian sub but instead of ham slices it comes with chopped up ham which basically isn't any ham they should just call it the false Italian sub

This is the second time in probably two months I've tried this Hungry Howies and will never go back. There was absolutely no flavor and no sauce, hardly any pepperoni. Just not good.

Pizza was amazing! The extra cheese and mushroom is my new addiction...
