I just got 3 wisdom teeth pulled today and compared to the other place I got it at Norton did a amazingly great job. Staff was all very friendly and process was very fast . Highly recommend for wisdom teeth removal They even accept caresource which is really rare these days in dentistry

All of the staff were very friendly and explain everything to you. They are very helpful and I would recommend them to others. One thing that would be nice is if they had a bigger waiting area. They definitely don’t have the space to accommodate all their patients.

I will NEVER again make the mistake of letting a general dentist do a gum graft. Before this surgery, I received no instructions on what to expect or what kind of graft was even going to be done. The follow up care was virtually non-existent and they actually made me go this office (30 mins away from my home dental office) because Dr. Fulks suddenly stopped coming to other one. Even though I made this extra effort to see him directly, he was rarely there for my follow up appointments and the ONE time he did show up to see me, he had a deeply apathetic attitude for the many complications I experienced following the surgery, blaming me entirely for the gum graft falling off and refusing to take any responsibility or even listen to my concerns even though I followed aftercare instructions. He was unpleasant to deal with, rude, and overall it was a terrible and even traumatic experience. After switching to another dentist office, I now realize how bad this level of care truly was. Don't make the same mistakes I did.

I called my insurance provider and explained that I had been given the run around about getting my teeth pulled. The insurance called Norton explained what was going on and what services I needed. Norton family got me schudel pulled my teeth within in a few weeks of my first call. I live in Cincinnati, and their services were worth the drive. They communicated with me and made sure my insurance was taken care of. Was polite got me in and out in no time. I really wish they were located in Cincinnati and can do my ongoing care. However, if me or my family need dental surgery again, they will be the first to get my referral as I will make the drive each time.

Although the reception area what quite small and frantic, and there was page after page of documents to review, fill out, and sign, I found the professional staff extremely competent and most concerned for my comfort and understanding of what was to take place with my procedure. I was taken very good care of, was painless in the procedure, and assisted in every way until I reach my vehicle to leave. I thank them all.

I was referred there for dentures, they referred me to another Dr for a surgery for a tumor before being able to proceed! The Dr I was referred to has not kept up with getting my surgery in a timely manner(5 months now) so I've called a few times for a new referral only to be rudely told there's nothing they can do to help me! There is something they can do but they refused another referral! Even knowing with the weight loss and amount of infection from my tumor that it's risking my life daily! No regard for human life! Sad, really!

On my birthday, I had to have two teeth extracted, which was a nerve-wracking experience. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful the staff at this dental office were. Everyone was incredibly kind and gracious, even wishing me a happy birthday. The staff, especially the lady who administered my IV, made me feel at ease and even made me laugh, which helped me relax. She also had great music playing in the room! The doctor was also great, as they took the time to ensure that I felt safe and cared for throughout the procedure. I highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for excellent service and patient care.

Highly recommend! My son had his wisdom teeth pulled at Norton Family Dental today and Sabrina and Dr Cheng were AMAZING! Sabrina was so great with my son and she’s so friendly and supportive! She made my son feel so comfortable and thoroughly explained everything. It was definitely a great experience.

had all my wisdom teeth and another tooth extracted just yesterday and it went 10x better than I thought, everyone in the building is very nice and friendly, kept me comfortable during surgery prep and was only there for about an hour, definitely recommend

Very Professional, & soooo nice! I had 8 teeth removed today & they did such an amazing job at going over what is going to happen & what to expect! I felt so comfortable & not nervous what so ever! The only thing was, I got there at 9:30am & didn’t get into the room until 10:55am, but I’m sure it was because they were pretty busy! But over all couldn’t have asked for a better experience as this was the first time I’ve had any teeth removed!! & they placed good music in my room as well, so that was nice & made me feel comfortable! I will definitely be back for any other dental work. I’d rather drive 45 mins to have such great care, then to be in my town & get dental work done just because how amazing the staff are at Nortons!
