Cuisine with a cause! This quaint and beautiful little cafe holds the doorway to new life and dreams reimagined! This organization has influenced the community in its efforts to fight Human Trafficking while giving hope and freedom to the victims! Truly inspiring organization that has been fighting this cause and uplifting women for years turning beauty into ashes and victims into survivors one meal and one hug at a time!

In town for a convention and I hit this place up for breakfast every day! Delightful menu, delicious specials, and a beautiful space. Not to mention, they’ve got a great cause and vision. Recommended!

I had the Sweet Potato Hash with sweet potatoes, corn, roasted poblanos, jalapeños, cilantro, tomatillo sauce, poached egg, and tortilla chips. Very delicious and pleasantly spicy. Staff was very friendly. Upbeat place with a very loyal customer base. Parking was surprisingly easy for a downtown restaurant.

I can't say enough good things about Freedom! The atmosphere is peaceful and beautiful. Their food was literally amazing. And their mission is so ridiculously honorable. I will promote them to anyone who will listen!

It is my special place. Kind people. Clean & calm environment. Fresh flowers everywhere. I can never leave without a life salad. That salad dressing is heavenly!

This lovely cafe with an enticing menu and friendly staff is a gem. Breakfast here - Rosemary Breakfast Sammich, Trout Toast, Bacon Quiche, Coffee, and an Almond Croissant - was a delicious start to our day. Everything exceeded our expectations. What a wonderful addition to Columbus' inspiring businesses that are commited to building a better world.

Great from scratch cafe! Cute spot for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or coffee. Everything is made fresh and to order. This is also a not for profit cafe with a lot of amazing values to help others. Definitely a spot to visit downtown!

Read into mission of the cafe!! They do amazing work! On the food side of things — the banana bread and the breakfast sandwich were delicious and flavorful! I tried their Chagachino, it was very smooth and creamy, I would recommend!

Light and bright space. Our office is just up the street and we love being able to pop in for coffee or baked goods... and also order lunch. The salads are top notch. Current obsession are their buttermilk biscuits with apple butter on them (ask for them to warm it up!). It's a gem of a spot in an area of downtown with few really great options.

Their food is delicious, especially the chicken salad on croissant and breakfast burrito. Their coffee is top notch. Love the open windows and watching the traffic on the street. The place is meticulously clean, and the people friendly. I go out of my way to get there americano or other coffee drinks. This place looks very upscale and expensive; however, the prices and portion sizes are excellent.

We went here around 1030 on Thursday. It was not busy at all. The parking isn’t great, small lot on the side of the building. The front cashier was helpful to my husband when he was choosing his drink. The food was really yummy, and came out rather fast. A little pricier. My husband had the chicken salad which turned out to be a sandwich not a salad, with the raspberry honey cold brew. I had the Rosmary breakfast sandwich, with the summer latte I think it was called. I loved the quaint-elegant atmosphere; Very clean and chic.

Can't recommend Freedom a la Cart (especially for catering) enough! Their staff is friendly and helpful. They offer a variety of great options- your people are sure to find something they like! Freedom a la Cart is knowledgeable about dietary restrictions, including gluten-free & vegan. The boxed lunches are convenient and filling. Delivery was prompt.

Love the ambiance of the cafe. It's cute and quaint and the food is delicious. This was my second time for lunch. I had the "Don't judge me" the first time and today I had the Monte Cristo. They were both delicious. All of their bakery items look delicious as well. The staff is friendly which says a lot as customer service has declined in other restaurants. I love the idea of having a cafe with a purpose and this place has a really sweet community feel.

Freedom a la Cart is not just a Cafe + Bakery Freedom is family. Freedom reaches out, connects, encourages, empower, share their experience in order to give back to the community, the women of organization, people in general. Freedom encourages women and empowers women to get back up and fight to be that woman that she knows that she's always been meant to be! My name is Yolanda, I "AM" a survivor of human trafficking and Freedom a la Cart "IS" my family.

Beauty in an unexpected place. This lovely little cafe is tucked away on a corner of downtown more associated with COTA stops and oil change shops than cafes. It's the flower that broke through the concrete; it brightens its small patch of the world... what we should all aim to do, right? Friendly service, chill ambiance, a higher purpose, and prices that match the uniqueness and high quality of the food. Also, the first time I've ever had dilly beans. Give it a try, you won't regret it!

This has become a "go-to" place for lunch meetings. The food is always a delight and a surprise for those who have not been here yet. The staff is always accommodating. And the ambiance is relaxing (we love the donor spoon rack!). Definitely a worthwhile visit for breakfast or lunch. (And the coffee is also excellent)

Husbands and I first time here ! And wow! Breakfast sandwich and coconut macaroon latte were phenomenal! Very unique and creative! Oh almost forgot the zucchini bread is extremely good! And it’s close to home!!! Definitely will become a regular! ❤️ Thank you for rocking our tastebuds!

I ordered the breakfast sandwich and it was good, I wouldn't order it again personally but it was a fine sandwich. The biscuit was flakey and soft, the sauce on top had a nice flavor as well. I will say for a single biscuit sandwich it is on the pricier side of breakfast options, some of their other options seemed fairly priced along with their drinks so I belive it's just down to what you end up choosing, but if youre somebody who goes out frequently and dosnt mind than I can see this being a great place to try out. (Another thing is their online menu is also different than their current and needs updating if those options are no longer available.) Overall It was a good sandwich and the decor is clean, pretty and quite place to eat and read a book or two peacefully.

Amazing!! I got the veggie sandwich and an iced mocha. Both were delicious! Really great and cute atmosphere. Would be a great place for a lunch date, or just getting some work done. They also have a decent amount of customer parking which is awesome.

OK, why this place wasn't busier I can't fathom. The folks there were super nice, the food is excellent, the coffee is on point and they are focused on helping women trapped and escaping the worst circumstances possible. Get there now!

The food was delicious. At my request, they substituted part kale and part field greens for the regular amount of Kale in my salad. Coffee was delicious as well.

I had intended to take a photo of the menu: the couple of photos online aren't much to work with. But I completely forgot once I arrived and narrowed down my choices. I ended up with the Monte Cristo, which was not battered as you might expect but very nicely grilled and had all the other expected ingredients (ham, turkey, swiss cheese, jam). I recommend any of the entrees as they are prepared from scratch. I had the brewed coffee which was very good. The cafe has good natural light and has some seating for dine in (as I did) but most stopped in for carry out (morning crowd).

I love this cafe, they have really excellent menu items made with quality ingredients. I live downtown so I typically walk there. I highly recommend it for breakfast and lunch. They have a full coffee bar with lots of flavors and specialty drinks along with good drip coffee for those just looking for a solid cup of coffee. The cafe is cute and clean and they have indoor and outdoor seating. They also have a parking lot and if it’s full there are several other options nearby. And most importantly they are giving back to our community in a meaningful way! The pictures are from multiple different visits.

I’m visiting from out of town and decided to try this for breakfast. Service, options and atmosphere were amazing and the baristas made me feel welcomed! I ordered the sweet potato hash and it was a 10/10! I definitely recommend stopping by and getting to know them and their mission! I will definitely be recommending this to anyone visiting and will be back in the future! Thank you for great service!

This place is AMAZING. They support an amazing cause in many ways beyond this storefront, but the service and food/coffee is great. I've always had good coffee here, and the breakfast sandwiches are some of the best in town. I love coming here and have yet to have anything negative to say. The employees are very friendly and have always provided a good experience. I prefer going here over other coffee shops so my money helps further important work in our community.

I had the pleasure of introducing 3 friends to Freedom a la Cart + Bakery on three separate occasions this summer. It is a great place to meet up and catch up. The menu is fantastic and the breakfast and lunch choices are delicious. The staff and service are friendly and professional. I will be back and will continue to recommend this wonderful café to friends and colleagues. Thanks for doing what you do to create a positive safe space for all. Peace and all good things.

The food here is better than your average café. Everything is handmade and delicious. We had the breakfast sandwich and the Monte Crisco.

We've wanted to come by here for months, and are so glad we made it. A cold slate gray day quickened our step to the door, but once inside, we warmed up and were welcomed in. Step up and place your order, and out it comes to your table. We had the superb, flavorful chili, so good, and the bright avocado lox toast, very satisfying, with a side of candied bacon! How can you go wrong?! Friendly, professional staff, who you could tell were smiling behind their masks(thank you!). We'll be back, for sure.
