I probably won't be back I felt rushed and not comfortable when I asked questions. The xray machine was broke and wouldn't stay still in the room so she was talking about putting it on the tip of my nose to stay in place and then I had to hold it to take x-rays until she found a lady to come and help her take pictures. They said it had been like that awhile so not sure why I was placed in that room. Ana was nice just when she she said the nose thing threw me off and some things she said about my teeth that I asked the dentist about. The dentist Dr. Conn came in the room I thought it was going to be nice at first but the more questions I had it seemed rush with him. I just Had some questions I'm all for a plan just wanted more information on things. The lady at the Front desk was Nice.

My 10yr old had a filling replaced. I did not like the language and attitude of the provider. I will not bring her back. Office staff were nice but the rooms need more cleaning.

Everyone is so nice. It's very clean and I've never had pain during or after my procedures. And Andrea is thee sweetest. (Front desk)

Everyone is friendly and works together to get their patients in and out. Going to start bringing my kids as well. Nice to have one stop for the whole family!

Absolutely wonderful place to go!!!! All the ladies are nice, kind, sweet, gentle. Shout out to Wendy as my hygienist, I was so scared to go and have them look at my teeth. She made me feel so comfortable!. Dr. Todd, awesome dentist and explains everything well and in detail to get the smile back that I want. Would recommend them to anyone that is scared as I was to go to the dentist. Will by my permanent place to go from now on. 😀 A+++

Went in for a routine cleaning and check up. The workers are so nice and friendly I would definitely recommend others to go here. They get you in and out quickly also.

The office staff was very friendly and professional. The Hygienist was very skilled in cleaning my teeth I had no pain during the procedure. The Dentist was very knowledgeable and advised me if I had no pain in a tooth then I should not pull it he left the choice to me. I highly recommend this Dental office.

This is a friendly, calming office, the staff of whom practice painless dentistry. The first appt comprised gathering administrative data, taking panoramic x-rays, and meeting Dr Adeel, who took a good look at my teeth and advised me to have two molars removed due to bone necrosis. He referred me to Dr Fulks, to have the teeth removed. I am told cleaning and a further plan will be advised during the next visit. A good experience! Thank you Dr Adeel and Staff! 10/11/2023 ALUM CREEK DENTAL CARE is a PAIN-FREE practice! Today, I was double-booked to have a crown put in, followed by a deep clean, up and down, on the right side of my mouth. The porcelain crown was inserted perfectly and effortlessly. I was scared to death about the deep clean. Thirty years ago, I remember seeing middle-aged people suffer for days with bloody gums and soreness from the scaler scratching around on exposed roots. Dr. Khan and his team rely on gentle plaque remove, using a pressurized, cool water scaler. No pain or discomfort during the wash, no blood at all, and a little discomfort - requiring no aspirin or other pain relief - on the evening of the day the treatment occurred. The next morning, my gums were fine! This is a very quiet, professional, though friendly, dental practice. It seems Dr. Khan is utilizing the best evidence-based dental office practices, and they work! Wait-times are brief and the Team members support each other, to keep patient flow moving. Andrea magically finds appointment times to fit you in and hygienist Kara is organized, quick, and thorough. Patients are not rushed through on the basis of time. I broke a tooth and my teeth are really bad. I was having a lot of pain and they got me in the next day! I’m afraid of the dentist and this wasn’t a scary experience. They were so nice. Not judge mental and their office is very clean. So happy I chose them.
