Dr. Tracy Williams was once again, thorough, professional, and compassionate. She encourages me to continue working hard to keep healthy and always compliments my efforts in meeting my health goals. When I finish my appointment, the neccesary paperwork and follow-up orders are already sent. I have been a patient of hers for over three years. She came highly recommended and has lived up to her reputation. I am sixty-two years old and she has been the best doctor I have ever had.

I had my first visit there. I was not satisfied with the front staff. The first person that helped me was helpful and handed me my intake forms. After my initial appointment, I submitted my intake forms to a different front staff. I asked her for the diagnostics quest information. She helped me check out and almost forgot to hand me the form. I also needed to complete a health release form. A different staff member handed me the form and said “complete this form and submit to me.” I apparently completed mixed the fields. I handed it to a different staff member and she said a staff should have completed a portion, which they failed to do. I previously had Kaiser and I loved their one stop shop. I switched for other reasons. The staff at Primary Medical needs to improve their customer service skills. I hope my experience changes next time I visit.

Dr. Patel is an amazing medical professional with a great personality and is always ready to help her patients. I'm very impressed with her knowledge and bedside manner. I'm so sorry to see Dr. Patel leaving her practice in Ventura, but I know that she will be an asset wherever she goes.

Dr. Patel is by far the most caring, pleasant doctor I have been to in years!! She listens to your concerns and wastes no time in doing what she feels needs to be done----yet I have never felt rushed!! I would advise anyone looking for a physician to give her an opportunity to help. You won't be disappointed!!

I have never written a review for a business until today. I have tried to work with Primary Medical’s Billing department since June 2022 with no success. I went in June to establish care with a provider there. I received a bill with codes for things that were NOT done. I have tried talking with staff to get this fixed and keep encountering very rude staff. They refuse to transfer me to management where I can voice my concerns. I work in the medical field and am aware of Medical Fraud and I am certain that is what is happening here. I spoke to a representative for my insurance company who stated after a year fighting this bill primary medical can no longer bill. I have talked to several people who have stated the same thing has happened to them. PLEASE read your EOB’s and review ALL statements. They also, refuse to share the EOB with my insurance for their review. I am sad to see a place that I thought could become my Primary care office has violated my trust in this way.

They appear to have a lot of turn over. I have a new primary doctor every year because they keep leaving

My experience with Dr. Patel was excellent. She was kind and very thorough. I had been in contact with a couple of friends who tested positive for COVID and this office handled my situation perfectly. They were kind and caring yet careful to not expose me to other patients. Great job!

My first visit with Dr. Williams went very well. She is very thorough, interested in my thoughts, I didn't feel rushed, and she was very sharp with catching up to my medical history, and moving forward with a plan. I was very impressed with her bedside manner, and look forward to building a Dr./patient relationship that will benefit me and my health. I took a list in, and she covered all 15 questions +, and this was actually just an intro appt!
