Definitely deserves 10 stars. Tim is amazing and staff are super friendly I was seen in the Porterville clinic and the office and exam rooms are exceptionally clean If you have arthritis and need help definitely give Sequoia institute a call !!

I arrived a little early. I started filling out the new patient paperwork , then I was called right back. Dr Thiesen came he introduced his self. We discussed a plan on my hands. The staff was very friendly and informative. The office was very clean smelled great

The office staff and NP are friendly and professional they worked quickly yet they took the time to listen to my needs I highly recommend this office if you are unsure about where to go as I was being in pain you just want to be heard but also want to be home asap

I'm really enjoying this location it reminds me of being at Dr Liu's with equally thoroughness and the gentleness, because my hands was hurting bad and the patience it took to understand what was going on, cuz trying to keep up with me trying to explain it .... well I was kind of all over the map lol. My right wrist was actually hurting so bad I couldn't touch it, but with 1 shot from the doctor all the pain was gone. My Neurologist wanted me to get surgery but now I don't have to.
