The store had what I was looking for( wet erase markers)The cashier (Amelia) was really accommodating. She even let me test mark a laminated surface. She deserves a promotion!

Went to Michael's to get some paint supplies. I found the store to be well organized and staffed. ( At this time ). Was able to locate what we needed for our project and some other craft items. Simply a nice store experience.

I waited 20 minutes outside at the drive up pickup on a order I did online no one came. I went into the store and waited again for someone to help me and I got this young girl unfriendly no apology for making the customer wait outside. Finally she said oh here it is . Why have a drive up option if no one is planning on taking the orders out . Horrible customer service .

My favorite time of year to shop at Michaels is Halloween! They have the best decorations. While I'm shopping for myself I always bring home a fun craft for the kiddos! The employees are always very helpful, pleasant and efficient.

Tons of fun throughout the store but for all the candy making they have they don't offer anything sugar free or even raw cocoa butter wafers for making your own sugar free chocolates. Kinda bummed but everything else like melters and molds are plentiful here

I had three prints of my dad’s that needed a standard frame, but a custom mat. Rebecca, in the framing department, was so helpful. She helped us pick out the perfect mat color, got nice affordable frames and I went back a few days later to pick up and they were beautifully done. Pricing for the custom mats and mounting was very reasonable.

went there a while ago and told the cashier about my annoying coworker, then we bonded on how we both can’t drive and when leaving she said “i love you”. i miss her she was so cool

Michaels is the best, most welcoming place on the face of the earth (and I'm not just saying that because I work there.) People dedicated to helping people who want to explore their creativity and a dedicated community committed to pursuing the talents of each individual, it's ten time's the store of, say, Hobby Lobby which is a den of iniquity and sorrow akin to a mass grave of inspiration guised in merchantilism. Seriously, F Hobby Lobby, they suck.

If you need it (and you never even knew you needed it) they have it! This location is always clean and the prices are fair. The staff seems consistently a little on the lame side but are, for the most part, usually kind.

Staff is friendly. Everything is overpriced compared to Walmart or Amazon. A lot of the same things are frequently out of stock every time I go in, especially leatherworking supplies.

Not much selection for 2023 graduations! Granddaughter graduating from PRHS. Can decorate the cap (very specific restrictions) and there was very little usable merchandise in stock. But what there was, was on sale. Went to Hobby Lobby in SLO and got what I needed.

I had a package to go out for UPS and this Michael's provides ups up until 9p.m that said I was there after 8 and was greeted by a nice young lady who was at register, I asked her about the UPS service just to verify that I hadn't miss understood THE WEB INFO now POPS UP another (older) employee who has some attitude or lacks people skills whatever the case maybe, she was too eager to shut me down and turn me away . I thought I'm not going to let this lady ruin the rest of my night because she's miserable and hating life I'm so over judgmental/ racist individuals. I'm a Latin female born in the CA to both parents being born in this country father is from (San Juan) P.R this is where my Latin roots come from father raised in Brooklyn And mother from Ca.,LA to be exact. It's bad I honestly think that this county and any other county should be able to move out of the mind set that if your not white/Caucasian your no one or less then the same with how our homeless population/community gets treated/ judged as a whole instead of individually might help if we're fair and see & treat people differently with kindness instead of like trash.

I am a Happy Planner gal but I am crafty too but this store was WIPED OUT of good stuff. I couldn’t even find stickers for days of the week. Hobby Lobby carries them. Why can’t Michaels? I was tempted to spend more money on the Christmas clearance but didn’t because I don’t live in town and it was getting late and I was hoping to find white out. Yeah. Just white out and some HP stuff which was a very very small and empty section.

Excellent quality custom framing. Rebecca is extremely knowledgeable and was very helpful because I had no idea what I was doing. They turned a poster into a fantastic piece of art. 10/10 will return.

They always seem to have what I came for. Sometimes I get new ideas just from walking around in the store.

I love this store. Only thing I wish was that the prices of merchandise would be a little less. Then again, isn't that what we always hope for....

It might be me but everytime I start a new project, I go to micheals. I go there a lot. Lately though, it seems like they are keeping up with trends and sacrificing some staple items. Whole ailes are wiped out to a small 2 ft section. I have been forced to wait for Amazon for most of my key items and then purchase incidentals there. Might be me.

Their stock levels are very low in most categories. I know it is due to supply levels but it is hard to find what us needed.

Always have very friendly staff and are helpful when I have questions. Shelves can be empty at times but they offer lots of different crafting materials.

Unfortunately this trip to Michael's was a let down. The person cashing me out thought more of the phone conversation she was having on her ear earbud. When she was done laughing, I questioned her and she advised "it was an emergency call". Because I completely believed that garbage. I did take the time to call and speak with a manager once I was home.

Purchased two colored paper packs at 50 sheets per pack. They cost $6.99 each. With coupons for joining their club I walked out paying less than $5. What a good deal. Join by all means.
