I encounter the most respectful and understanding cash register male employee, when I told him I was not going to purchase most of the items in my cart. I was having a bad day indeed and he shared some words of wisdom that helped me get through my day. Thank you so very much for being a great human being. I will post his name soon.

This is one of the closest arts and crafts store to me and i enjoy going there any opportunity i can. The employees are so unbelievably helpful and friendly (even when its chaotic like during the holidays) and i never have a hard time finding things i need/could use. Its only ever happened a handful of times when they were out of something but they usually always had back up options. And if they dont, they dont and thats fine 🤷‍♂️ the staff was always very apologetic about it (which.......why!?!? Its not your fault lol) so its always really nice coming here.

This was my first time at this location and it was very nice because it was well organized and easy to see everything, compared to the store I had been to before which was in Fresno CA, which was unorganized.

This Michael's in Burbank used to be my go to place for all my crafting needs. After the store re-opened after covid it just wasn't the same sad to say. Mostly self check out now with little inter action with store employees. Also the shelves carry alot of old merchandise and I noticed some areas were somewhat bear. I will always have my good memories though of how it used to be.

Largest amounts of items are always out of stock with the shelves empty. Asked multiple employees for help to access the markers since they are in a locked case. Was instead left in the aisle waiting for almost an hour. Other employees have even walked by and through the aisle seeing me there waiting and offered no help.

Store is fine...staff is courteous and knowledgeable. PARKING and navigating the Empire Center is a fate worse than death! AVOID the outer loop by driving BEHIND everything. It's like teleworking from Walmart and Best Buy all the way over to Staples and Lowe's...if you're going to Target...just try to be a considerate driver and go to your HAPPY PLACE like in Dumb & Dumber.

I love this store!! It has a lot of merchandise and I can always find what I need. Check out is easy--all self-check out with one actual person-check out. Easy parking. Close to Target, Walmart, Lowe's, etc etc. Great location to get all your errands done at once!

All beads are in the same location. The sign states buy 3 and 3 are free. NOT TRUE. Manager stated because some are on sale, they are not included. Shouldn’t the sign indicate that? Or perhaps hang sale beads in another location. I have spent a lot at Michael’s over the years. But deception…..I’m done….. peggy jordan

Please stop with the self checkouts everywhere. I don’t work here. What’s the point of supporting a brick and mortar business if it’s not going to hire anyone to serve customers? Was told I couldn’t check out at a traditional register because they’re “reserved for cash customers” even though there was nobody else in line….

My sister and I love coming here on Sundays for the kids!! They always have planned activities, Candy is always lovely with both parents and kids and she lets us know where we can grab the items used to purchase❤️ we drive 13 miles because it's better than our local store.

My trip was only okay. They didn’t have what I wanted which was fine but the sales person didn’t try very hard to help me. They kinda shrugged and said, “Well it might be in that other aisle.”

My fiancée and I came to this Michael's to look at stuff for our wedding. The first thing we went to look at was the flowers and vase for them. This Michael's was fully stocked when we came and the whole store was nicely organized. The flowers we saw here was nice and the table numbers with their stands. They also had a lot of helium tank for balloons if you're looking for that. The employees were helpful and friendly when you talk to them.

I bought some ornaments from this store they put on bag part of my order and bill with another products put in another bag. I forgot my bag in store with bill and when I checked my bought products seen that’s one bag I forgot in store. When i gone to store spoke with manager she said that’s can’t help me without bill! And said that’s they haven’t bags that’s forgotten in their store. I said that’s i paid by card and i am sure that’s you can see what I ordered. But they said that’s can’t see and haven’t bag. So be sure if you bought something from this store that’s you take your bill!

You can still get deals there, but it is in dire need of a rehab if they plan to keep it there it’s so outdated inside and messy. I’m giving it four stars because three would be harsh and they still have a Lotta stuff in there. It’s just that it would be so much nicer if it looked more like Hobby lobby as far as layout, it hasn’t been changed in at least 30 years.

You can find pretty much anything for your creativity. Clean store with many self-checkout option. Lots of Halloween and Christmas items are available.

It is a very good store and has a lot of art supplies artists need with good quality, also that usually the items are on sale that also saves some money to, so nice. I just wished the store had oil pastels/soft pastels.

You will find pretty much anything to express your creativity.

Store shelves are too high and narrow in between! that's why the angle of view narrows having trouble finding the prouduct😎 the product can invite customers to shop with a plentiful but more sympathetic presentation🐥because this store appeals to hobby and artistic works🤩👌😉 it shouldn't be like a hardware store!! this the 3rd eye REVIEW😎😉🤗🎯

Store is quite disorganized. A lot of the canvases are either open or punctured, but left up for sale. Very disappointing. They do have a nice selection and polite employees.
