I
wouldn't
call
it
a
shopping
center.
It
is
more
like
a
list
of
shops
located
on
the
Promenade
of
the
city
Beach.
The
place
needs
a
renovation
because
it
looks
run
down
and
outdated.
On
the
other
hand
there
is
such
a
high
amount
of
tourists
in
Tenerife
that
the
demand
for
shopping
and
for
goods
is
big
and
the
shops
don't
face
competition
so
they
don't
really
need
to
renovate,
you
know
what
I'm
trying
to
say.
Also
I
would
recommend
to
buy
stuff
from
these
shops,
not
from
the
resellers
on
the
beach
because
they
charge
twice
or
three
times
more
than
the
shops.
You
might
find
a
good
deal
in
these
shops
but
you
need
to
take
the
sun
into
the
consideration.
The
clothes
that
are
displayed
on
the
sidewalk
are
outside
the
whole
day
and
the
Sun
makes
the
colors
fade
over
time.
Also
the
quality
of
these
clothes
or
shoes
or
flip-flops
is
questionable,
I
bought
a
pair
of
flip
flops
and
the
color
of
the
flip
flops
diminished
within
one
week
and
I
would
have
colorful
feet.
So
if
you
can,
bring
your
own
flip
flops
or
clothes
or
towels
to
the
beach
which
is
probably
higher
quality
