Visited during lunchtime for my daughter's birthday. Food was ok, and atmosphere is done up like most Hard Rock Cafés which is quite fun. Servers looked kind of bored but there weren't any issues with our orders. It's quite a big deal on the island, but if you've been to one before, it's nothing special.

I love this place. In the 5 days we’ve been in Tenerife we’ve ended up here 3 times. The food is great and at a comparable price. The House Red is under €14. There has been hi quality Live music ever visit. They are also very good with COVID cleanliness, vaccine passes must be shown and social distancing on the tables.

Great as always. spare ribs the best, I'm coming here especially for it. Grilled Salmon excellent. Onion rings very big and good excellent service with big smile. all the restaurant is decorated withe all famous artists and their guitars

Let’s start with the positive points: Nice environment and friendly service to spend a good time. Also the nachos as starter is a must. Negative points: food quality and very overpriced. The bbq burger meat was just awful, full of fat with a very poorly taste. Ribeye was ok, but I was expecting better quality for the price paid. The pepper sauce was just awful. Drinks: Almost a 5 euros for a regular common beer pint. Conclusión: If you just want a nice environment and spend good time… order some finger food. Otherwise, anything else would be just a waste of money, and be ready by ending with a disappointed experience.

Typical Hard Rock Cafe- lots of cool memorabilia throughout the restaurant, decent food, and friendly staff. That said, if you have visited one HRC, they’re all about the same. A couple years ago, I tried the baby back ribs. They were very good. This time I went with one of the signature Hard Rock burgers- the BBQ bacon cheeseburger. It was very good, cooked well, and great sauce. They also have a decent Rock Shop here (although it closes earlier than the restaurant, so if you’re picking up swag- keep that in mind). We’ve been to the Tenerife HRC 3 times now, and will be back the next time we’re in the Canary Islands.

Very nice Hard Rock Cafe. From the outside it looks like a massive old greek building and is very amazing. Once you get in the friendly staff is bringing you to the table. As known from Hard Rock Cafes the food and beverahe is very good although the prices are a little high. A little Rock shop for souvenirs is also integrated.

My boyfriend and I came here for lunch past Sunday after checking in to our hotel and I have no remarks. The service was perfect, the food and drinks were great, the sun was shining, ideal afternoon! In the evening we went to the rooftop bar for some live music and drinks. We had a nice view of the fountain and the plaza with people. The music we did hear was great but we didn't stay very long. The guy who served us didn't come across as genuine or necessarily friendly, polite. He seemed rather arrogant and looking to serve the pretty girls and get some tips.

Great food and great music. Excellent staff. Went as a party of two and we were going to share a jumbo starter. Changed our mind on recommendation of the server. We were stuffed after a normal starter and our burgers. Gift shop also has a great selection of clothes and gifts.

We got there early, about 6:45, which meant we were seated straight away. About 30 minutes later and the queues were starting to form and the restaurant filled quickly. The staff were amazing, very attentive and always checking to see you if you needed anything. The atmosphere was great, what you expect from a hard rock, great music. We had some cocktails which were amazing, but the drinks menu is extensive so there is something for everyone. The food was excellent. We had a burger and fajitas. Portion sizes are big, something to be wary of when it comes to the desserts, which we also had. We ate so much I didn't think I would make it back to the hotel. A must visit if you're in the area for sure!

Food was very tasty like homemade, portions are big. Though popmusic which was playedbtime from time influenced atmesphere for me in some degree(as I like rock music),I assume when live music is playing - it's allright absolutely.

An amazing night, the only downside was the fact we were placed into the side room. When taking someone there for their first time, it restricted the experience, which you can’t get back. But the food and atmosphere was incredible as always. Nachos were enough for 2-4 people, the smokehouse bbq combo was fantastic. The evening was great as usual, again, only downside was our table. Also the service was very good, very attentive and easy to hold a conversation, we felt very welcome and easy to communicate.

Sat inside at first, air conditioning a must so that tick the box! Service great, we only wanted a drink so was directed to the bar by the reception hostess, smiles all round! Got myself a cocktail and a vodka for my better half, shame they didn't have smirnof, but still a top shelf brand. Paid a little extra, but happy to do so.. after our drink we sat outside in the open seating area to watch the world go by, again great service! Toilets were impeccably clean! And a great view of the inside of the pool area! A teaser for those who didn't stay there! Loved the place, will certainly eat here too, the food we saw looked so fresh and tasty, great portions too!!

Poor food and service. I got an impression that fried onion became a main course here. They put a kilo of it in burger and a salad. Burger was big but average, the steak salad was very poor. In addition to this they served us a dirty glasses, they were hot right after a washing machine but some pieces of food stuck to their sides.

We didn't expect much from a chain restaurant specialized in American cuisine and music memorabilia, but food was pretty good - the burger was actually excellent, other meals were decent and came in large portions. Another highlight was excellent service. However, prices are about twice as high as in other places around. Worth the visit if you really love this kind of food.

Had an amazing dinner here where the staff performed 'We will rock you' and all the customers joined in and it was just a surreal experience! The waiting time for two people was 45 minutes but the food was well worth the wait and came out pretty soon after ordering. We had the American sliders, onion rings, chicken fajitas and the chicken mac and cheese- everything was delicious!

Great relief spot after a busy day.. we had to wait a little bit for our table, but worth it! The places energy is amazing and the jumbo combo is a good choice if you want to grab a bite. If you're going with your special one, New York cheesecake is a must-have dessert

I had a very nice time there, life music was great ( guy played the guitar ) and the staff was super friendly. The place is located close to the beach and the boulevard. My drink was too sweet though, next time I stick to safe option of something I am familiar with:).

Must visit for any music lover! There is a lot of memorabilia to look at and the food is very good. The rooftop bar is worth visiting at 3pm which is happy hour. They have lots of drinks and tasty snacks to choose from at a very reasonable price. All the staff were cheerful and went out of their way to wish my Wife a happy birthday too! 🤘🏻

Went last night after we flew in late and no food at our hotel (11pm). Greeted by Carlos who was very welcoming and friendly; Seated quickly and served efficiently by Christina (both lovely, so friendly and helpful). Food was really tasty, well presented and speedy service. Overall a great experience! Will be visiting again before we go home :)

One of the biggest Hard Rock Cafe I ever seen before. It has a summer stage for concerts. We tried some cocktails a. Negroni was very nice. In general very popular place here and has good atmosphere and barmen are realty fast in service. Recommend this place.

Amazing atmosphere and amazing food! We had a birthday in our group and they brought out a birthday ice cream brownie and sang too! We were there for a staff performance or We Will Rock You and YMCA which was at 9pm- fab experience!

Good food with the menu options you can expect from a Hard Rock Cafe. Service was a little too fast. I did not get a chance to take a sip of my beer before the food arrived. So sadly we were out before we knew it. For that I can go to Mac Donald’s for less money. Vegetarian options are still slim on the menu.

This was my first ever time at a Hard Rock Cafe! Oscar was absolutely wonderful, really looked after us and made my experience really special. All the team were so enthusiastic and really dedicated. 5*.

Perfect ambience like any Hard Rock Café but with a great atmosphere. Food Taste Unfortunately not perfect, especially the Messi chicken sandwich.

The atmosphere here is off the chart. Music on screens all around the venue and a big screen in the middle. The staff are so interactive and got up to perform YMCA during our visit. Amazing stuff. The music is fantastic as is the food and the waiters are great we had AJ who was so so good and professional. There is a rooftop bar also for pre or after drinks. Best night of our holiday so far!

This was probably the best hard rock cafe I have been to. I have to admit I am not a big fan of Hard Rock Cafes but this one was definitely my favourite. What i loved the most was the big outdoor seating area where you could eat your food in the sunshine. The menu was decent but the cocktail menu was great and the Oreo cheesecake for dessert was amazing. Inside the cafe was lovely and the memorabilia they had from famous artists was great. I thought the staff were very attentive but like all Hard Rock Cafes they are pricey and so I thought what we paid for our food and drinks was expensive. Overall was worth the visit.

You can not miss hard Rock cafe it is huge! As always this is extravagance to the core. The building is so impressive in size and in status. As you walk in you are greeted by reception who will ask whether you are here for the bar or dinner. The restaurant seating is spacious and comfortable. The service was fast and very pleasant. We asked for a booth and they were happy to move our seats. The decor is mainly red lighting. It has a very young and energetic feel. The staff are super professional. The soft drinks are refillable the menu is expensive here but the food is very filling and well presented. Hard Rock cafe is a great place experience at least once.

A rooftop cocktail bar offered an excellent place to while away an hour or so while waiting for our table. The view offered an overview of the budget bellagio opposite, with some good cocktails that were stronger than those served in the restaurant. The restaurant offered the usual Hard Rock fare, which meant a large burger for me that was good but not quite great. Cocktails were good, if a little weaker than the more favourable measures poured upstairs. And then there was there music. We got a night where a Queen tribute act was playing, and they were excellent. Good sound that wasn't *too* loud added to the night, as did the continually excellent service from the staff. If the food could be turned up just a notch, or the prices dropped just a notch, this would be a solid five stars.

Wow! Fantastic staff, amazing atmosphere and the food was of a far higher standard than I was expecting with such a busy place! Portion sizes were amazing, thankfully we chose not to have starters. ;-) All the staff are super friendly especially Piia our hostess who was lovely, helpful and very efficient. Will definitely be back and recommend to everyone. An absolute must if you visit Tenerife! Truly was the highlight of our holiday x

Awful, food was terrible, ribs were burnt and had been cooked on a dirty grill, chicken strips had a strange smell to them and the bbq sauce was inedible. Service was slow. The band was fantastic and the beans that came with the ribs were lovely but they didn’t make up for the terrible expensive meal, avoid, plenty of other places to go nearby.

We were going to have a drinks at Hard rock cafe but the waitress refused to serve us. We believe it was because of racict waiter, our 15 years old daughter was with us and she is colored. We have no other explanation, we were not drunk or under any other drugs. This was the worst insult we have ever experience. I hope any other Asian or any other colored person has to ever experience what happened to us!

It was a real pleasure to dine here. Really great place, great atmosphere . Staff was wonderfull , food had good quality .Good value for price considering the size of the portions thay serve. Food was also tastefull,nice presentation. Really good drinks selection . Thank you guys !

Love to visit a HardRock Cafe. This one is no exception, the food is great. Would really reccomend the Local Legendary burger!

This place is amazing to have a meal. I wouldn't recommend coming here for a quick bite but I would for a full meal. If u don't like Lound music I wouldn't recommend coming here because there is Lound music but if you love Lound music this is the place to come. There are many meal options so if u need a certain meal making I'm sure then can do that for you.

I've been here several times for drinks and a meal and the food is always excellent. The cocktails are nice too. We came here a couple of years ago for my son's 16th birthday and now he's 18, will buy him a drink next time we're in Manchester.

Visited on a few occasions during our weeks stay for food & drinks. Daily between 3 & 6 happy hour on selected cocktails in the upstairs bar. Staff are very attentive special shout out to Giovanni who mixes great cocktails.

Show was very good - need to get there at least 2 hours beforehand though to get a seat. The food was poor for the price. Drinks were good with a wide selection of cocktails and beers.

We had booked rock royalty. It was definitely NOT worth the price. There are not many extra perks apart from the lounge upstairs with some free food and free drinks & our room was nice, clean and spacious. Check-in took a long time, then they forgot to activate our key wristband.... We had to go back and forth several times. Check-out also took a very long time. Staff is friendly but also very uncertain about how to help. On two occasions we didn't have any drinks with our dinner. We often felt overlooked and forgotten and had to put the effort in to receive any form of service. We were left wondering what we paid so much money for.... wouldn't go back.
