Immaculate Hotel. Amazing staff and beautiful place to stay. The rooms are a decent size with much facilities. There is a naturist pool, 2 swimming pools and a child's pool complete with 3 water slides. The rooms have excellent coffee tea ☕ and cleansing products. I.e shaving kits and toothbrush. Fridges are well stocked too. The beds are extremely comfortable as well. Well recommended. Lovely stay thank you.

Hotel, restaurants and staff on the whole were amazing. All spotless and very well maintained, the breakfast was incredible with a huge amount of choice and service was always very good. The only issue we had in our stay was getting towels at the pool, staff came across rude at times and when reported to the guest relations teams the matter was dealt with very professionally and quickly. The only item in the hotel I feel I would change is the gym as its the smallest I have used in a 5 star hotel and was very busy when I went to use it. I would highly recommend this hotel as it's position is very well placed and facilities were all very good on a whole.

We stayed for 10 days and literally could not fault one thing about this hotel. Really caters for families and couples alike and has more facilities on site than you could actually use over 10 days. Food, service and the condition of the hotel is beyond 5* and nothing is a problem to the staff. The breakfast is really good with a huge selection and every single inch of the hotel is very clean even the public area toilets beside the 3 swimming pools. Always lots of sunbeds beside the pools and no rush at 7am to make sure you have a spot beside the pool so you can see your childern are safe in the water. If going to Tenerife this is 100% the place to stay. A small beach really close by is very clean and lots of really good family friendly restaurants close by too. After this stay which is our first in Tenerife we would not even consider looking for an alternative hotel when we visit again as this hotel has exceeded our expectations by a mile and the whole team that work there are a credit to the GF brand. Thank you for an amazing experience and your hard work every day makes a huge difference to all your guests and their stay at your hotel...

We have just returned from an amazing week in this hotel. The place is stunning - very well positioned on the island with excellent shops bars and restaurants all very close by. The staff are very good, the food was nice - we did choose to eat out three nights but only because the choice of different restaurants was too tempting to pass up on . Our room was great 416 - very clean and overlooking the front of the hotel and sea in the distance, we loved it. I was there for my birthday and a lovely cake and card were left in the room that day which I really appreciated. There was entertainment on every night - the Bruno Mars act was amazing as were a few others - it was a nice way to end each day. There are pools for everyone either families or adults only depending on your preference and absolutely loads for kids to do. My only negative comment would be the allocation of bedrooms as we were listening to the sound of babies crying all day at the adult only pool area. This could be a very simple fix and one the management should consider as some days it was like sunbathing in a crèche or maternity ward. Would we stay again 🤔 I think maybe yes but the amount of young kids might not suit everyone .

Very nice and clean hotel. Has a separate swimming pools where inflatables aren’t allowed. High quality buffet, both in the morning and the evening. Lots of accomodations and activities for children. Very close the the Del Duque beach. Very friendly staff.

4 roomed suite, sofa cushions grubby (years I suspect), 2 tv's one not English. No basin plugs. 90% of all drinking glasses smelled horrible. Engineering degree to make the showers work properly. Food was fine, pools were great. Staff brilliant except staff in reception area bar who always hovvered around you 10 mins before closing time at 11 pm. Vast place.

One of our favourite hotels in Tenerife! Staff were awesome, Jose made our holiday with lots of fabulous restaurant recommendations. Breakfast was lovely. The baby clubs fabulous. Roof bar awesome cocktails. The rooms were perfect for families ! Pool areas were ace! Only improvement could be night entertainment team for kids.

This is such an amazing hotel! I loved everything there - the food was absolutely delicious, staff was super welcoming and helpful, pools and water park are very good. Great location in fancy area with restaurants, shops and pretty close to the ocean. There are many activities for kids available.

I didn't stay at the hotel but visited for the "Scandal" show. I did however really like what I've seen at the hotel, everything is new and clean, and I like the more modern interiors. The location is also good. The shopping centre and the beach are close by.

Had a week long vacation and enjoyed it very much. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Food was 10/10. Room was nice and clean and cleaning service was very good. There was also spaces for adults only so the families with children didn't bother that much.

The hotel was great, pools were lovely, and the splash park was good fun for the kids. Rooms were also brilliant, and the staff was very polite and attentive. The food and drinks were pricey when compared to the rest of the area, which i supposed was to be expected, and I didn't really mind paying a premium given the setting. The shower pressure was a little low for my liking, even with the smaller shower head, but this is a very minor issue, and the bathrooms were nice overall. The breakfast buffet was good with a nice selection, the poolside restaurant wasn't the best, I felt the food was not of a high standard when compared to the cost, which was a surprise given the high standard of everything else. I did not visit the other restaurants, so I can not comment.

It’s a second time this year that I came to this hotel with family. Great locations, spacious rooms, a friendly staff. Even if I loved very much, I must be honest about next things: - The pool area is little bit boring, but it’s correct. - Staff on the main bar are not always friendly. Sometimes I had feeling to bottling them. - Maybe because it’s 2 times in 1.5 months that I came, but food in main restaurant could be better. After 3 days we started to go outside for food to change a little bit. - bed matelas were too hard. We met a wonderful people that made our stay memorable (thank you Beatriz and Gaspar from restaurant), your smile, kindness, professionalism make me forget about all thing that I wrote before;) There is everything you need to travel in family - attraction, good location, kids room, baggy, etc☺️ and I will be honest - it’s not expensive for what you got. There is one beautiful lady playing piano from Slovakia. You beautiful music will stay in my heart. We will come back one more time for sure. Many love from Ukraine and Belgium Anna

Beautiful hotel, very child friendly with an amazing mini water area at the back. Great wave rider for the older kids Jose the concierge was very helpful Kids entertainment all good and the mini disco is all out in the open air. Kids club is great for an hour without the kids. Try the sky bar, adults only The infinity pool, be aware, its freezing lol but a must. Get those photos

Stayed here for 5 nights and I would definitely recommend this hotel for families. The service was great from all the staff. The breakfast buffet was pretty much the same variety every morning, but we still enjoyed it. There is another restaurant by the pool called Amaina and that was very nice, we enjoyed the shoulder of lamb the most! Would definitely recommend going there in the evening. There is also activies for kids where you can drop them off for 1 hour 45 minutes and enjoy some time alone. My kid enjoyed the mini disco in the evenings at 8:30pm and the shows after that between 9:15pm-10pm. It’s past his usual bedtime, so he was very tired after that. If you wanted an early night, then you might not want a room by that side of the hotel due to the noise. Overall, we had such an amazing stay at this hotel and the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and the room is big. There are 2 bathrooms and toilets which were very convenient, which includes all your usual toothbrush, shower gel etc, so you don’t need to bring those things. There’s also a nice big L shaped sofa bed and good sized balcony. 2 TVs, although we hardly used it. Coffee machine and kettle with coffee pods included. A safe for your personal belongings. It’s about 10-15 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. We hired a 3 wheeled scooter which was amazing to ride all along the coast and you can drive it into the hotel and charge it overnight. Just my honest review of the hotel. Would definitely recommend staying here.

If have ability not to stay at this hotel choose it! Whole hotel smells like toilet through they hall’s sewage. They are trying to mask it spraying aromatics to ventilation system which comes to rooms… Hotel big, staff working 24 hours with trolleys loaded full of plates, laundry, when trying to go sleep you feel like living in factory. I honestly don’t understand, how this hotel has 5 stars and even high raiting from guests, just can guess, that there is a lot of fake reviews.

I absolutely loved our stay in this wonderful hotel. The staff are extremely friendly, helpful and kind. Literally every staff member was so nice to us during our entire stay. Swift service as well. The rooms were very comfortable, with amazing beds. Even the pillows were of astounding quality, a rarity in hotels. We had a suite in which the kids had their own space, including a proper bathroom. We've never stayed at a tidier hotel - the cleaning service did an excellent job, with a smile and kindness many can take note of! We enjoyed the buffet so much as well. A wide range of choice, from freshly made dishes to meat, fish, pasta ... Prepared in front of you. The daily variety was overwhelming in the best way possible. Fine selection of wine, and do try their cocktails at Zambra Sky Bar. They are amazing, and so is the view as well as their infinity pool. Perfect service as well. Of course, the cocktails at all their other bars were incredibly tasty as well. We've thoroughly enjoyed the experiences they offer as well. From the surfing experience to the adventure park, the many bars and evening entertainment, the virtual reality experience ... So much fun for every age available! Do book a massage at the spa: you'll feel refreshed and relaxed afterwards. They day we return to Tenerife, there is no doubt we will stay here once more. PS: do splurge a little and get their limousine transfer. The most comfortable ride we've had ;)

Absolutely wonderful hotel, the culture of the staff is exceptional. They really do care about guests and their holiday. We are so impressed with the team, from reception to the bar and restaurant staff, to the cleaners and the pool attendants; everyone is super. Thank you. The facilities are great, the food is excellent, the location spot on.

Amazing resort, everything you could wish for. Great for kids with well run kids club and an adult only quiet bar to get some down time. Loads of bars, restaurants and entertainment. Great location with fantastic beach side restaurants for every palette.

Visually impressive luxury hotel, modern rooms and lots of facilities for families and adults. However the place has an air of a corporate conference centre, the main bar area has a piano in the centre taking up far too much room, very pretentious. The entertainment in the evening is absaloutly terrible with a kind of temporary stage and mobile bar tent. There is a kids disco out here and it's aimed at pre school tots. Adult entertainment is acrobats or magic shows again aimed at kids. Not worth the money because its very expensive and the bar service is poor.

Top luxurious hotel for family holidays. It was Heaven. I don't know what else could be asked of a hotel. Very modern and luxurious decoration, impeccable service (and when they were issues they were managed perfectly) top quality food with huge variety in buffets big modern and luxurious rooms, top quality everywhere all kinds of toiletries,,, even flip-flops! heated swimming pools, water slides for kids playing areas for kids 3 different kids clubs children games room (including videogames) so many sports facilities (gym, squash, padel, tennis, minigolf, football, basketball, ping-pong )

Beautiful hotel, really nice. Very expensive for drinks and bottles of water only downfall. Must have plenty of money to go here so don’t think you can save and afford to stay here and eat out. It’s for high class visitors. Breakfast is amazing, didn’t go for food as we eat out every night.

The GF Victoria is truly 5 Stars plus. The facilities are beautiful, elegant and contemporary - from the welcoming reception area to the 6th floor tranquil Japanese garden to the very-cool adult -only infinity pool and bar area on the 5th floor - and if course the exquisite bedrooms (wow). The food and drinks are first-class, fresh locally-sourced produce which both tastes and looks incredible. However, what makes this 5 Stars PLUS is their incredible staff. As regular travellers we have been blown away by the truly authentic welcome by each and everyone who works in the GF Victoria - warm, friendly, accommodating. Fabulous. Highly recommended and already looking forward to returning. Annette and Cathie MacDonald (daughter and mother, Scotland)

Ideal location. Rooms large. Breakfast vast. Pools cool in December. You have to go to the bar for service around the lower pool. One waiter..Fun for all the family and area for couples. Drinks dear in sky bar.

Staff are the nicest and sweetest, but I believe that the management of the hotel could have been better. Even though it is expensive to stay in the hotel, you still have to pay to use the wave pool, the arcade games, simulator, etc. Also if you plan to travel with the family, get familiar with the activities and timings, because not everything is available at any time. Rock-climbing is only open 2h a day, wave pool only 4h, teen club, only at night, quite late at night. The pool does not allow inflatables, (only rings) even though they sell them in the hotel. Also the floor of the pool can be very slippery for children, and not safe at all.

rested at the GF Viktoria hotel for 5 days, and these days were really at the highest level. The only pity is that we did not find a heated swimming pool on the hotel grounds. (because we arrived at a time when the weather was cool)! And I liked everything so much.♥️

Lovely hotel with great rooms. The location is perfect free WiFi and free parking. The biggest issue is that service around the pool is very very slow.

Had a fab stay here although it was really quiet due to the pandemic. Staff were helpful and friendly and everywhere was spotless. we were bed and breakfast which was great but had lunch in the poolside restaurant which was expensive and not great at all. Only other downside is the wifi provided by hotel was awful. constantly cant get in.or being kicked out. would hate to have seen it if hotel was busy. I would definitely stay again though.

Excellent in everything. So thoughtful and helpful. I am carer for my husband and the staff made sure I was looked after. Everywhere was very clean. A brilliant selection of food even for those of us with allergies. Great spa area. Something for all ages of youngsters. A short walk to good beaches.

Beautiful new Hotel. Went to see the Burlesque show Scandal. Show itself was very good. The food however did not match up to the quality of the show. The fish entree was not nice at all. Soup was OK. The pork was nice but such a small portion size. Waiter service on our table was friendly and efficient.

Great top bar view with infinity pool for adults. A childrens play ground, mini disco, pilates for adults. The gym is super smallg, no free weights and only machine for lateral pull, back, chestpress and shoulders and leg extension curl machine. Food at the marina restaurant is amazing!!!! Even though you have a full board, soft drinks amd water are not included . Clean and good rooms Friendly staff Good swimming pool for adults and children. Good quality food! See my photos

Nice hotel. Very clean. Good location. Helpful staff. Adult area pool was not managed by the hotel or guests and became a second noisy children's pool.

We didn't stay at this hotel but in an apartment close by. The entertainment on a night was shockingly loud. You could not relax & enjoy your own music/ tv on a night. Do not know how other residents or guests in nearby accomodation tolerate this.

A good standard 5*. Not as luxurious as the Royal Hideaway around the corner, but better than the Hard Rock Tenerife. Perfect fro families. Quiet and food a good standard. Staff mostly very helpful, it's the non-english speaking that can be a little moody. The facilities, food, rooms, location and staff are all 5* level. There were just a couple of things that brought it down to a 4* review. The Wifi - inside our room was terrible. It would be on for 10 seconds, then off for 2 minutes. I asked reception what was wrong with it, and they said they'd look into it. I then received a letter to say the IT department had tried it and it must be my device. So 2 Macs, 2 iPhones and 2 tablets all had the same WiFi problem, just for the time we were there. It definitely wasn't the WiFi... Drinks - The prices are unreasonable. Over 4Euro for a small glass of Coke is madness. At breakfast, you can have as many drinks as you like included and in the evening you get one bottle of water per person. What seems madness, is at dinner you can't even get water for free - it's 3 euro 30. This is so illogical, and is pure profiteering to me. We went to the local supermarket and topped up on drinks and just took them in to the restaurant. You can also go into the gym and top up your water for free. The Gym - it's tiny, and has next to no useful equipment. It's what you'd expect in a 3*. Towels - somedays, there were no pool towels until about 3pm. When I asked the lifeguard, he just shrugged. The pools were great, as were the water slides and surfing machine. F1 Simulator isn't very good and needs updating or fixing. Overall, if you're used to a high level hotel - this will meet expectation. I'd say it is the best family hotel in Tenerife, but for couples, the Royal Hideaway is a step up.

Great venue for a wedding on the roof top bar area. Best time as the sun goes down.

Superb hotel. Big hotel and very spacious. Rooms are lovely and staff very friendly. I'd definitely stay here again. Breakfast was lovely. Rooms were cleaned every day and tidied by the staff which was fantastic. This might be a hotel aimed at families but it wasn't overrun with bored children. Clientele of this hotel seem very decent.

Just returned from gf gran Victoria after a family 2 week stay. Was amazing, so clean. Hotel was stunning, very nice staff. George on reception really helpful and Fabian in bar great with our grandchildren. The only one comment is entertainment could be more varied for kids and piano bar also. Thank you for giving us great rooms. 533 and 534 superb position. Many thanks and hope we return some time?

Fantastic hotel, great facilities and friendly staff. The kid's clubs are wonderful, staff are lovely. Brenda is a complete star! The pools are amazing, especially the 5th floor children's pool with the slides were big favourites. Breakfast and dinner buffets date highly recommended, the lunch buffet was very poor. Lots to do near the hotel, close to the beach and plenty of food and shopping options nearby. We'll be back!

Great hotel, comfortable rooms, lovely location and good range of facilities. Huge and high quality breakfast buffet. Various pools and activities including a kids' club. Staff friendly and helpful. The staff also helped find and return to us an item that we had forgotten in the safe, and communicated well with us about this after we had left - thank you!

Absolutely amazing hotel. Definitely recommend for family with the added extra luxury for parents. Rooms great size with 2 bathrooms and sliding door to separate the sleeping areas. Staff were fantastic so helpful and always smiling. Exceptionally clean, always cleaning which was great. Pool areas awesome. Special shout out to Merida and Lucia in the kids club , they absolutely made the holiday for my 6yr old daughter. They made her feel so welcome and kept her and the other girls entertained. We will definitely be back but only slight cons was no water provided at dinner despite us being half board. Prices in hotel for drinks and lunch are a bit excessive for what you get . It does lack an atmospheric place for both adults and kids over the age of 7 at night to get a drink and sit out in the evening. La Jardin could be utilized better for this. But these are minor cons and only feedback for consideration to improve on.

The hotel is very clean with good facilities for kids. However, when we decided to go full board we did not realise we were limited to just one restaurant which was the buffet. The other restaurants I the hotel were not included. After 10 days and 30 meals in the same restaurant we were understandably seriously fed up with the food. We would never of booked full board if this had been made clear. We took it up with the hotel who were not interested in being helpful. They offered a measly £200 to reduce to half board. With £20 per day refunded this was clearly an unrealistic offer. It’s a shame as it tainted our stay. As well as this for some odd reason men are only allowed to wear trousers and closed toe shoes to the buffet. I have never had this In a hotel. In a hot country it’s totally ridiculous and very short sighted.

Just back from a wonderful 6-night stay at GF Victoria. My only regret is we didn't stay longer. It's a beautiful hotel with so much to do, especially for kids. The breakfast was amazing and the pools were lovely. Our room was spacious and there was a large balcony. There was entertainment every night with staff serving amazing cocktails. Our 6-year old son loved mini-club and made great friends. The hotel is also in a great location close to nice beaches and plenty of good restaurants. We will definitely be back! Gracias a todos en GF Victoria.
