Certainly the most economical apartment I stayed in. Stayed in a 3bed apartment, hob/microwave/sink and fridge, with a 4/5 buffet breakfast included, for under 30eur a night, paid weekly, unbeatable really. No cheaper place in Puerto with a kitchen and free breakfast. Amazing. WiFi was about 3-5mbit up and down, so reliable for work and basic use. Amenities were a bit iffy as expected, cleaning was great, place was quite dated, but I didn't care. Nice and central location, about 10mins walk from all the great stuff. It's up a hill, but not too far up. 24 hour (or close to) petrol station near for basic groceries. I would certainly come back. Stayed for 1 week. 10eur buffet dinner 5/5 all things included. Recommend for someone who likes to be frugal, was much better than I had anticipated

I choosen this place because it has a really good price and the apartment was really nice and clean. Just 15 minutes walk from the central and the guests can ask breakfast for 5 euro. I can offer this place for everyone.

Stayed here once for a few days as emergency accommodation. Basic but adequate rooms overlooking the barranco. Roosters start before dawn but all adds to the ambience. Cafeteria bar attached with reasonable food, well priced.

Clean and tidy linen changed often

The rooms offer excellent value in a quiet yet central location. There's everything you need within 500 meters. Down hill by stairs or road. Walk down, take taxi up for 3.85€ or get a Titsa buscard and ride up the hill for pennies! Some small adjustments could be made. Like changing the shower hoses. And making sure the microwave is working before next customer. I even had an laundry machine included! I paid 36.44€ per night for 8 nights over Christmas. In this breakfast was included in the nearby Pez Azul complex. This is a hidden gem and the perfect place to spend an relaxing holiday for budget sensitive travellers. I will return for sure. I wish I had known about this place during my travels to Tenerife before.

Great value clean apartments onsite cafe pool at the pez azul

Not bad for the price, stayed 4 nights on a 3 person room (2 * 90cm beds and one of only 80cm). The room was clean. Just a bare minimum to stay. Not close to the sea (more than 160 steps) from the martianez pools

The apartments are big but there are so many negatives. The kitchen is infested with ants, so much that it's almost impossible to prepare food. There are cockroaches. The bedsheets and blankets all had cigarette burns. The wardrobe was broken and missing the handles. Our apartment was facing the side of the neighbouring building so that's the view. Said neighbouring building is quite old and empty, it is currently being restored so from 7am until 3pm there is very loud drilling and banging. We stayed here for a week and the bedsheets were never changed. No cleaning supplies are provided in the apartment. Not even a cloth or a brush to sweep the floor. Normally I wouldn't expect these to be provided but with such a severe bug problem these things are necessary. Would not return.
