Great gym, I got to try it for a few days. The trainers and staff are friendly and helpful. Edit: I go to this place now on a daily routine. Also recommend going there early evening 5-6.30 or late in the night 9 to 11 , to avoid peak times. Also Saturdays it closes early at 3pm and Friday at 10pm. Its closed on Sunday.

Everything you would expect from a fitness club. Plenty of equipment. Bring your own towel & lock.
