George listens and hears what I say in order to share complete information with me as a patient so I can participate in and understand the medical care decisions related to my health. I trust him and know he has the clinical knowledge, kindness, and compassion to give me the best care possible. He is exceptional in all aspects of his practice. A unique individual and every interaction is positive.

I am a new patient, I just had my first visit and I am very impressed. The doctor took into account all my concerns then suggested we start from the begging to figure out our next steps. I felt heard and it’s something that I haven’t had in a while. I am very happy to have found them .

My doctor is a good doctor however the administration lacks concern for emergency visits and followups. They book the appointments so tight you can't get an appointment with your primary until after you are dead. Yes I understand if it is an emergency to go to the ER or the urgent care. The point is I would like my primary to know what is going on with my health. The reason I would not recommend more patients to your facility is I want to be able to get in to see my primary in less than 2 week waiting period. It is ridiculous to call your service health care. Any way I hope this will help with some positive reconstruction to the business plan for better care to the patients.

George Bernt is excellent. Very easy going and down to earth. He is the primary reason that I have stayed with this clinic. The staff is equally pleasant and helpful.

I've only been coming to the practice a few months but Dr Claflin is a great PCP. He's thorough, asks questions and listens. That last one is important. The rest of the staff are always courteous and friendly too. I feel lucky and blessed to have found a clinic I can trust with my healthcare.
