Beautiful scenery. Best time to go is late afternoon or early morning. So relaxing!

The hike to the beach is further than I thought but the view is spectacular once you make it out. You’re far enough south that you can actually see Diablo Canyon Power Plant from the vista point near the beach. The only drawback was a lot of poison oak lining the trail near the parking lot.

I had never been here before and I will definitely visit again. You can fish at a lake and at the beach! Another Hidden Gem

What a beautiful walk to the beach! The baby birds on the back of their mothers swimming on the lake and such lovely scenery every where you can see!

I've been coming here since i was a kid Awsome place to bring the kids for walk and do some catch and release fishing. If I walk to the beach, it's a awesome place if u like surf fishing

Great easy walk! Bathrooms available (bring hand sanitizer). Crosses over a lake and ends at the ocean. I was wondering if bikes were allowed, but it says no bikes and I can see why.

Beautiful hike starting first driving through guadalupe farm feilds. Hike starts down long street amongst trees goes to wide open marsh. Nice wooded walkway on marsh over lake to view ducks, egrets, pelicans, hawks, etc. 20 min hike to beach. Beach is quiet and beautiful. Don't walk over flagged areas where youre not supposed to go. Birds hatchings. Plus the game warden frequents there. Take out your trash and pick up after your dog please.

Brilliant walk through marshlands that end at a king kong type beach and sand dunes. Every visit things change and it is worth the visit.

Broadwalk closed partway due repair but can still get to beach on side road. Still gorgeous
