This
is
where
you
go
to
get
a
Guam
driver's
license
and
vehicle
registration.
I
don't
know
why
I
had
such
a
hard
time
figuring
that
out
when
I
first
came
here.
The
website
is
lacking.
I've
tried
to
suggest
improvements.
For
example,
you
do
not
need
a
vehicle
inspection
for
the
first
3
years
if
bought
new.
I
bought
mine
in
2015
and
I
will
need
to
get
an
inspection
for
my
2018
renewal.
For
anything
about
a
driver's
license
I
highly
recommend
you
make
an
appointment
online.
May
save
you
an
hour
or
more
waiting
in
line.
For
car
registration
stuff,
hard
to
say
if
it
will
be
a
long
wait.
Plan
for
a
long
wait.
They
recently
opened
an
office
in
Agana
Heights
Shopping
Center.
For
this
place,
for
example,
you
will
go
to
the
desk,
then
take
papers
to
the
cashier's
desk
to
pay
then
skip
the
line
and
bring
back
receipt
to
the
vehicle
counter
again.
Credit
card
payments
have
an
extra
fee.
I
usually
bring
cash.
May
be
$100
or
$200
for
a
new
car.
If
you
want
to
be
a
law-abiding
citizen.
You
will
soon
find
out
sooo
many
vehicles
and
trailers
are
expired,
but
still
driving
around
without
penalty.
If
you
bring
kids
with
you
I
recommend
bringing
a
roll
of
toilet
paper.
One
time
one
of
my
kids
had
to
use
the
restroom
and
there
was
no
toilet
paper
in
any
stall.
No
paper
for
hands
or
anything.
Nothing
in
the
women's
or
men's
bathroom.
Nothing.
Disgusting.
For
passport
renewal
plan
for
a
long
wait.
If
anything
is
missing
or
wrong
be
prepared
to
leave
to
fix
it.
This
is
the
only
passport
office
in
the
world
I
have
found
to
have
no
copy
machine.
Honestly,
they
would
be
better
off
firing
an
employee
and
using
that
money
to
buy
a
copy
machine.
It
would
serve
the
public
much
better.
Last
time,
while
I
was
waiting,
I
bet
around
40%
of
people
left
having
to
go
somewhere
to
make
copies
and
would
have
to
come
back.
Huge
waste
of
government
money
to
pay
for
employees
to
just
say
to
come
back
when
you
have
the
copies
you
need.
