We had very good staying experience here during the Chinese national day. There was A firework performance on 1st Oct. we booked a sea view room for that. That room is completely wonderful for enjoying the performance as you can see from the uploaded photos that the whole scene was just in front of us! Brilliant!

Stayed in the club executive suites excellent very spacious and modern. Excellent amenities, nice Spa, gym/pool.Very friendly, helpful staff.Ideally located for visiting any exhibition.It's literally a 5 minute walk My only complaints, club lounge was overcrowded at times, limited vegetarian options. Overall a very good stay.

Great hotel. Lobby is at a different level than hotel entrance. Langham Place is open and airy, with views that look down dizzyingly onto the elaborate sand and stone art in the lobby below. Breakfast is great but same thing every day. Hotel rooms are small but have a great outdoor view. This is a prime property to stay while visiting Canton fair. Guangzhou metro station is a block away and connects you to entire metro network.

Firstly, let me say WOW! We were staying here and walked to the CIFF each day as its just over the road. The staff were always smiling and doing their best to make you comfortable. The food and beverages were outstanding! The food was fresh and served up very fast, considering the work that was put into the preparation of each plate. The beverages were flowing, quite a large selection and very well priced! The rooms are very nice, spacious, clean and room service is there if you need it...the staff will clean your entire room (even make your bed if you have forgotten...somehow?!) The bathrooms are open and the shower is beaut! There are 2 girls that play music around tea time and you can also request a song(s) of your choice (they know most of them) and they are very good! The massage treatment is up there with the best, its the traditional chinese massage, the masseuse's are very professional and its the perfect way to wind down after a 10 hour day walking around. The pool is large and quite often un-used so you may want to give that a shot, along with the steam room and sauna. Overall, the operating standard of this hotel surprised me...have experienced some very bad hotels over the years and every now and then you come across a gold mine! Keep up the solid professionalism guys...will be back!

I checked in at the 4/F lobby here on Nov 6, 2018. Service is very good, room and conference hall are modern and elegant. I particularly liked its indoor swimming pool with lifeguard at the 4/F a lot!

Gorgeous hotel with great rooms and very attentive staff. Meals ordered as part of the room service as well as in the hotel restaurants are of great quality and reasonably priced. My personal highlight was the well designed and luxurious bathroom. Taking a late night shower while having a great view of the beautifully lighted city skyline for sure created a lasting memory. I'll happily come back again.

Definately, the place to stay when you are at the Canton Trade Fair. It is close to one of the entrances (three minutes walk), it is wonderful, very nice rooms, really super service, why choose something different? Just one point (in common with any other hotel in Canton): the personnel often doesn't understand neither speaks a decent english. But with kindness (yours and the one from the personnel) and patience, everything will be fixed easily.

Very bad and inefficient management. We refilled the room and contact the Hotel in advance. While the hotel had bad communication, leaving the room unclean. We called the hotel again, they said they will come to clean while they didn’t. When we called the third time, they just give some excuses. In conclusion, the management is quite junior to hold a 5-star hotel.

This is a very nice and clean hotel right next to the canton fair area. Take in account that the bathroom doors are made of sea-through glass and isn’t private. It is just 4 min walking from the Westin hotel where Chabad hosts during the canton fair month. I was disappointed to see that the rates they give for chabad was much more then the rates on other hotel booking website, which I felt that it wasn’t fair so make sure to compare pricing before making your reservations. ( It seems that as it comes closer to the timing of the shows they go down with prices according to the space available and they should honor those same discounted prices when booking through Chabad)

Location is convenient , they also provide shuttle bus to luxury mall etc and food place like guangzhou pier, location who have many restaurant for free. Room always clean and smell rose even in the lobby you can always can sense the same like langham in london or langham in jakarta. They have unique parfume smell . Langham smell. Every part the decoration is rose. Room big, spacious, bathroom also nice, would come back for sure. Too bad its business trip so cant enjoy the facilities at all because need to work. But the hotel room is really good and comfortable. Breakfast also all delicious and fruit always fresh. You should try the porridge its really delicious and dim sum also delicioua

Perfect location if you are attending Canton fair complex. Right across the road, a short easy walk. Modern clean rooms and really enjoyed the lobby bar!
