Really enjoyed the stay, i was there for 14 days. Firtly i was disappointed with their old furnitures, then i shifted my room to a little expensive one and everything i liked. Mostly i liked their breakfast. many items. i also enjoyed one buffet dinner and it was great too. Swimming pool was small and not very much well equipped which is why i don't like it. Almost all of the stuff were not very friendly but rude except few people. They are really not professional. I think they need more training for a four stars hotel. Also one one will come forward to help you with your luggage. The location was excellent. the matro station is just under it. it was very convenient for me to get Mateo rail. Room timing is really bad, even you have to wait for 6 hours to get your required room

You pay for the location only The hotel is very old and definitely need renovation, especially the bathroom! Lucky it has shampoo, shower gel and slippers supply Besides there are 24 fast food and convenient store right next to it The receptionist is helpful but the housekeeping need training

4star old building well maintained hotel in main street area. Good live location. Although the room with old furniture, but all facilities and complete amenities. Consider the price and location, this hotel is perfect. Breakfast is good and varieties.

4 star hotel for Chinese. It is located to busy hub where you can find fast food and market night stalls. The hotel is slightly old inside. Breakfast offers many ranges such as western and Chinese including salad bar. Bathroomware is a bit old and worked well. Overall is okay.

This hotel used to be my favorite, but it is really run down. I stayed there 2006, 2008, 2012, 2015, 2017. Before 2015, it was really good, but the last experience is really bad, the carpet are dirty, and there are patches on bed sheet. The location is good that it is on top of a subway station, and lots of local shops and food next to the hotel.

The Rosedale hotel, Guangzhou's problem is simple.the staff give terrible service. They do not make you feel welcome and this really takes away from the whole experience in a massive way. Such a shame, because the lobby and surrounding area are so enticing. 2 star hotel at best. (I stayed Feb 2012) .

Terrible facility and amenities, booked a standard room and there was no hot water in the bathroom AT ALL in the early morning! Very out dated style decoration and if I could rate 0 star I would!

Love the location, that's all. It's convenient for all different kinds of transportation. It's convenient to find a restaurant. The hotel is aged. We have a suite, but the room is very dim. It definitely needs more lighting. The carpet is old and dirty. The connection of the TV needs to adjust. The wifi of the hotel needs to upgrade.

Service levels dropped dramatically. Staff no longer have initiative. Asked them to help bring packages up. Ended up I have to bring it up myself. 3rd world service level
