It is also a good place to go if you want a park excursion while in Guangzhou. The Guangzhou Memorial Hall is a memorial to Sun Yat Sen who was the first president of China. It is one of the memorials in Guangzhou.  It was designed by the famous Chinese architect Mr. Lu Yanzhi and the construction started in 1929 and finished in October of 1931.

What a good park for all of you who want to get a jogg in the morning. A lot of people dancing, walking or just chat around with each other in this place. They have a lot of gate for people who want to go there. Just come if you have time!

Nice to see from the outside with beautiful gardens. It cost 10 RMB to see the inside. The inside gave history about the Memorial Hall. We were expecting to learn more about Dr. Sun Yat-Sen.

Beautifully built memorial building which combines Eastern and Western building styles. Inside details why and how it was built using a mix of photos and design plans. The information is provided in Chinese and English. The grounds are well maintained and offer a lovely foreground to building. Best to go near sunset so as to get some stunning pictures.

10rmb entrance fee. 25rmb for a combo entrance fee that includes nearby Nanyu King Wen and Guangzhou museums. Free to walk around outside and see the architecture. Inside requires the entry fee, posts are usually in English as well and talk about the life of Dr. Sun Yat-sen and the construction of the memorial

Loved this. The gardens are immaculate and the hall itself is fantastic. Very cheap to walk through the actual hall. A must for any visitors to this amazing city.

We took a lot of photo at this building. The architecture of the building is beautiful. Many flowers blossom. This place is exactly at the metro station.easy to access.
