If
I
was
only
reviewing
the
service
for
Bale/Travis
from
the
concierge
team,
then
it
is
easily
a
5
star,
especially
Bale.
He
went
out
of
his
way
to
help
me
find
a
pcr
testing
center
even
outside
of
his
working
hours.
Overall,
this
IC
is
disappointing
to
say
the
least.
Prior
to
arrival,
I’ve
sent
them
a
pre-arrival
email
and
it
took
a
reminder
email
and
4
weeks
before
they
actually
responded
to
me.
When
someone
did
respond,
the
responses
became
faster
and
was
friendly.
I
was
upgraded
to
a
room
with
a
better
view
prior
to
arrival.
When
I
got
off
the
car
and
was
in
front
of
IC,
no
one
helped
with
my
2
luggages.
The
guy
who
checked
me
in
was
fluent
in
English
(one
of
the
few
that
I’ve
encountered
btw),
but
did
not
explain
to
me
my
ambassador
benefits
or
even
the
hotel
facilities.
Even
as
I
was
going
to
my
room,
no
one
helped
me
with
my
luggage
…
not
sure
if
this
is
even
a
4
star
hotel
honestly.
Guest/room
services
didn’t
even
know
how
even
speak
English.
Literally,
said
“charge
it
to
the
room”
and
she
couldn’t
even
understand
me.
Intercontinental
is
an
international
brand.
Yes,
most
of
your
customers
now
may
be
locals,
but
loyal
returning
customers
who
have
elite
status
usually
aren’t.
This
hotel
seems
to
cater
to
tours
and
conventions,
which
is
also
another
negative
about
this
hotel.
Always
super
crowded
and
noisy,
ugh.
The
location
is
far
from
the
station
but
I
do
like
how
it’s
situated
in
front
of
a
river
with
lovely
views.
The
lobby
was
also
very
luxurious,
as
well
as
the
rooms.
For
a
similar
price,
I
think
I
would
rather
go
to
another
hotel
next
time
though.
Management
should
probably
train
the
staffs
better
in
terms
of
service
and
language
ability..
was
cut
in
line
while
waiting
to
check
in
and
no
one
even
asked
what
status
I
have
with
IHG,
since
there
was
a
dedicated
check-in
area
for
elites
and
I
could
have
saved
a
few
minutes.
Overall,
did
not
feel
welcomed
and
the
stars
are
simply
for
Bale/Travis
and
the
hard
product.
