Absolute hard earned five stars. Despite the discussions on the check-in on the room rate, the hotel offers everything a five-star hotel elsewhere in the world. Full room equipment including bathrobe and ironing board. Very clean. Fantastic breakfast buffet. Very good Chinese restaurant in the hotel. Good pool area. Although the staff often had trouble with English (which is normal in Guangzhou), we give the hotel five stars, because every employee tried everything to satisfy us. Thank you!

Im from South Africa 1st. Soo the hotel is soo beautiful and clean. The only problem is when you are a tourist the staff don't speak angling soo communication was always a problem. We stayed there 04 nights with my Friends and we had a wonderful time. The staff is friendly. The food is Delicious. the hotel is beautiful and has a big swimming pool with the great view. the best thing is that the hotel is between the subway stations soo everyday we would walk for 10 minutes (1km) to the subway cos that was a mean of transport. The best part is that they allwed us to stay in one room sharing which was very affordable for us. If i find myself in China again will book there.

Swimming pool rules are not kids/parents friendly & life guard's attitude is hell. My 2 kids only get to swim on their 3rd attempt as not only parent presence is required, but you can't enter through their glass door and have to walk through a small wading pool with auto overhead shower! When attempting to feedback to lifeguard, his attitude was the worst & treats one NOT like a guest but a soldier recruit. The lifeguard even challenges guest to complain as if he's an Army sergeant. Even my 10 year old kids can't tolerate his behaviour & scolded this lifeguard in front of everyone, which he reacted offensively and pointed/looked with a threatening voice. Sorry we are not citizens of China & we do stand up for ourselves when needed. Even another parent who was there remarked this hotel isn't even 4 stars in China's standard.

By far the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at on business. The rooms were very spacious and well kept. I was amazed by how enormous the breakfast buffet was. They serve both, Chinese and Western style breakfast - a full spread every morning. Also had a jazz singer/pianist at night. Very nice!

Good hotel at a very handy mid-town location. Very cheerful and helpful staff, and great food in the on-site restaurants. A short walk will take you to several shopping centres, and a park to the south. It is situated on a fairly quiet road, so getting transport in and out is easy. Nice views of the city night and day from the south-facing rooms as well.

Facilities & service as required from a Hilton. Lovely gym and outdoor pool. Conference facilities good. Very helpful concierge for train bookings, and hotel bus to the station. An improvement could be coffee available earlier in the foyer bar.

International hotel, with all services, gym, swimming pool, service from/to airport. Breakfast is for all tastes, from people with salad tradition to people with sweet tradition. Room was very clear and every day stock up the toiletries and the food. Staff very helpfull.

This is my third time to stay in this hotel but will be my last time. We have found an empty water bottle and used condom packing. It's really awful and wonder if the house keeping staff has changed the bed sheet. Even the front desk changed another room for us but NEVER come back again!

This was a Luxury property in Guangzhou, China where I put up for 4 nights. The rooms are Very spacious & luxurious with all standard amenities. The property has multiple restaurants, travel desk , pool, gym ,etc. The part which I liked the best was the cuisine which was just awesome. Not all staff speak English so you might have to be a little patient. This is one of the few commercial establishments in Guangzhou which accepts Master Visa Credit Cards

Noisy mechanical sound from air cond ducts, otherwise very pleasant experience.

Ok to recommended. This is a nice hotel with well appointed rooms. Rooms on the back have no noise. You are short walk to the subway/train. Downsides - there is nothing really walkable nearby (the Po Park Shopping Plaza is all underground and massive with all sorts of eateries). I would opt to stay a bit further South of this property. Staff was a bit 'not on it' appeared to have a lot of 'trainee' badges but overall friendly you just had to ask.

Being a regular visitor to China for over 20yrs you know when to recommend a good spot or place for any visitor, especially from the UK. A 10 minute walk to Beijing Road although cabs are very accessible. Had an amazing stay, good food at the hotel but McDonald's and kFC are a 2 minute walk from the hotel for those wanting food on the go. Extremely helpful staff on all levels, an excellent stay with the added bonus of a networking night for visitors. Will definitely stay again next time.

One of the greatest hotel experiences of my short life. The drop off had lots of space for vehicles dropping passengers. There is someone on hand to help with luggage. We were ushered into the rooms very well. Though no one offered to carry out suitcases to the room. The ambience is exquisite, and every detail is well done. The room has all the small details one would sometimes find missing in other hotels of similar caliber. From the hair driers, to the ironing board and ironbox, to the ornate desks that resemble an executive desk. The food was great and of great variety when I went for breakfast and there seems a waiter for every square inch of ground. Waiters have communication gear to speak to each other and coordinate...not seen this feature before! Great work to the hotel team!
