gave
this
hotel
a
good
review.
However,
Sylvia
happened
to
not
do
what
she
guaranteed
me
would
be
done.
So
let
me
start
with
the
issues.
When
we
checked
in
the
man
downgraded
our
hotel
room.
The
hotel
room
was
dirty
and
the
hotel
was
sold
out
both
nights
we
were
there.
The
staff
does
not
speak
fluent
English.
Here's
an
example:
I
asked
for
a
fork
and
the
man
got
on
the
computer!!!
The
next
day
we
asked
to
speak
with
someone
of
fluent
English.
Sylvia
then
gave
us
the
room
that
we
originally
paid
for
and
said
our
money/points
for
the
1st
night
would
be
refunded...
SHE
LIED.
20
DAYS
LATER
STILL
NOT
RETURNED.
AND
HOTEL
SAYS
THEY
DON'T
REMEMBER
IF
THEY
SAID
THAT!!
The
next
morning
we
ask
for
the
room
that
we
had
originally
paid
for
and
they
gave
us
the
room
that
we
paid
for
we
just
went
up
one
floor
same
exact
room.
Upon
leaving
the
hotel
to
go
to
the
airport
Sylvia
told
my
mother
and
I
that
it
would
be
refunded
and
we
should
see
it
back
in
a
few
days.
HOWEVER
SYLVIA
LIED!
We've
now
had
to
call
about
the
issue.
When
corporate
called
about
the
issue
the
person
who
answered
the
phone
could
not
speak
fluent
English.
Only
stay
at
this
hotel
if
you
book
the
cheapest
room
and
you
speak
fluent
Spanish.
They
also
told
us
that
we
didn't
have
free
breakfast
the
next
morning
when
we
did
&
then
we
had
to
prove
it
on
a
reservation.
If
you
have
an
issue
at
this
hotel
I
suggest
you
record
the
conversation.
You
will
need
it
when
it
comes
time
after
leaving
to
deal
with
the
issue.
