English speakers here are limited. But the food and service is great. The atmosphere is great. We sat the the courtyard this evening and the breeze from the thunderstorm was cool. The soup broth served before dinner is savory and warming. The establishment also offer a private shuttle to and from our hotel.

beautiful indoor outdoor restaurant. the terrace is the place to sit. the staff is so nice and attentive. we had a small wait and they even offered us a beef broth to stay warm. it was delicious (pho like). the menu is great. had the sirloin combo with chicken and it was delicious! i would definitely come back here and recommend for the food and ambiance.

I thought the meal was wonderful! Excellent service and very attentive staff. Put up with us even with very little Spanish. The skirt steak was so tender - their specialty, was very flavorful and tender. Had the Flan for dessert, loved it

Really great. We got the meat platter with 4 sides for 2 people, a hibiscus tea and Pina colada. $70 usd, including tip. Waiter was very professional we were able to get by with very little Spanish. This concluded our vacation to Guatemala, and it was a very perfect cherry on top.

The food here is great! We got steak and potatoes and it had great taste. The service is somewhat great. Some waiters are very kind, funny and nice. Some others have a bad attitude.

It's one of the most beautiful restaurants in Guatemala City. It's a very good place to bring your new girlfriend. If you don't have a new girlfriend you may still enjoy the food. The restaurant has many rooms to choose from. Some are more suitable for larger parties. If you don't have a company, you may still enjoy the food.

One of the best meals we had during our 5-day visit to Guatemala (GC, Monterrico, Antigua, Panajachel). The service was top-notch!! It is too bad that we only discovered this gem on our last day in Guatemala. Parking is on-site! And the restaurant has a beautiful outdoor garden. We opted to sit inside as it was a bit cold. Upon being seated, we were greeted with a cup of beef consommé. It was soo delicious. For drinks, I’d recommend the mojito - they used Ron Zacapa Rum. We started with the walnut salad, avocado/heart of palm, and beans/guac. All the starters were delicious. As for the main, we wanted the steak, so the four of us shared two servings of tenderloin thick cut 12 oz. The restaurant was kind enough to split the steak and sides into four portions - a lovely gesture. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the portion was very generous. We were so full at the end of our meal, and the best part, it was priced very well. I highly recommended this restaurant for any steak lovers!

We love this restaurant so much that we went twice during our short stay in Guatemala City. The food was exquisite, and the service extraordinary. One of the best dining experiences of my life. Can’t wait to come back!

Hacienda Real is a meat chain restaurant that has really good meat. However, they do change the quality of service and food a little bit from the different hacienda real. The price is fair and the dishes have a good portion. This is a great place for small meetings

If its your first time in Guatemala and you don't have an idea of where to go to gave a fantastic experience please visit this place. The service is 5 start, ask for Eduardo Mayorga he will help you with his experience and passion with what he does. He surprised me with the meal on the photo, the Quality was simply amazing. They got many other options that you could enjoy as well. The place is beautiful, great background music allows you to chat while waiting for your food. The price is high but for the food quality, excellent customer service it worth my money! Simply love it

One of the best meals on our trip! The service was outstanding including offering a free shuttle back to our hotel after dark. I got the skirt steak, veggies, and a potato. It comes with chimmichuri, hot broth, and pickled carrots - do not sleep on the chimmichuri!! I’ll be back next time I’m in Guatemala - don’t change a thing!

Amazing Steak, everything here is top notch. They have friendly and quick service, and an amazing outdoor garden patio, complete with fountain! Great place to go, I had the Tuna Carpaccio and the surf & turf. The steak was cooked to perfection, would absolutely go here again. Highly recommended.
