Great customer service, friendly staff, very clean restaurant. Variety meals choices, large menu. My food was amazing. It's a gem until you find it. Let's not forget about the all amazing cakes.

Love this place, it is really cozy. Food is really good, there's an option for every taste, including vegetarian options and low calorie meals, here you may have guatemalan food everyday and at every hour. They have an special menu everyday which is a little bit cheaper Breakfasts meals are also served on dinner. And last but not least, they have a big selection of cakes (which taste really good) that you can buy by portion or the whole cake with different sizes for different number of servings.

Best food in Guatemala! It takes time to have your meal, because is a bit crowded but once you taste it, you can’t help but comeback for more, potato soup is the star!! Don’t know why they don’t have more restaurants around the country, so everyone in Guatemala could taste this awesome food (Manager told us there are other branches, but they only sell desserts or sandwiches). Cleaning in the bathrooms could improve. Definitely we will miss this place 🙌🏼

Always fresh and homemade food!

Patsy is great some of the most delicious food I've had in my life, place is so clean and service is really good. I will always remember Patsy. Los rellenitos y las enchiladas son lo máximo.

I have only eaten at Patsy's for lunch. Lunch time is very busy but the restaurant handles it well. There are a wide variety of items to choose from- sandwiches, salads, burgers. Everything I have tried has been good. The service is fast. They also have free wifi, but the last time I went it wasn't working.

I live in the states, and I usually crave traditional authentic Guatemalan food when I come to visit Guatemala. My girlfriend told me about this place. It didn't really seem appetizing to me, but the food was surprising good. Don't judge a book by it's cover.

Awesome cakes stopped there for strawberries and cream cake. Burgers looked great!

Solid choice for breakfast. Haven't been for other meals.
