Absolutely amazing breakfast. We haven't even checked in yet. (We arrived early and decided to check out the breakfast at the hotel.) Incredibly good value and amazingly tasty and very individual options. Like a black bean cheese and egg breakfast calzone pizza covered in tomato sauce - for Q55 including juice and coffee. Outstanding!

Hotel is in a great location with many restaurant/bars/shops in walking distance and offers shuttle service to the airport, which makes this very convenient and a great hotel option for those travelling in and out of the country. My only complain came with check-in as this turned out to be a bit confusing and staff initially seemed a tad unfriendly when we arrived which resulted in a delay to get checked into our rooms.

I was really not happy with this hotel. We stayed at other locations in Guatemala and Guatemala City and this was the worst. I think the thing that really was the cherry on top is we asked if there was a free airport shuttle, were told yes (perhaps a language barrier)- then were charged $25 usd (10x the fair it should be) for a car that was 30 MINUTES LATE, smelled awful and couldn’t fit our luggage. The rooms were nice. The doors did not drown any noise out from the hallways. Our toilet seat was broken. ANOTHER REALLY ANNOYING THING- we put the do not disturb sign up as we were packing for flying out of Guatemala and had valuables out and unsecured. They still came in, made the room, and put things away in the room! Like put clothes in drawers, etc. which made packing more difficult and we had to do a full blown inventory of all our stuff. I don’t see why this hotel is getting good reviews. The staff is nice?

Very nice hotel with shuttle to airport. Appreciated air conditioning. Rooftop restaurant was nice with great breakfast options. Room was comfortable as well as the bed. Clean, nice location, helpful staff.

I came in for my stay very late. I was very concerned about transportation from the airport, this time of night, traveling alone. La Inmacculata handled everything beyond my expectations. They made me feel so comfortable, and stayed in touch, even when my international flight was delayed. I was treated so professionally from beginning to end. The room was beautiful and I even had breakfast on their extraordinary rooftop. I would give them more than 5 ⭐️ if possible!!! Gracias!!! 👏🏽 👏🏽 👏🏽 Amazing staff!!!

The design of this hotel is very nice, and the service is great. But the rooms are a bit grimy, like they haven’t been deep cleaned in a while. I wiped the light switch with a tissue and the tissue was gray with dirt. Can’t imagine how much dirt and grime was around the room

This a beautiful and convenient choice in Guatemala City. The staff is friendly and helpful and our rooms were spotless, spacious and well appointed. And the breakfast . . . Wow!! What a treat to sit on the terrace with incredible views and enjoy a delicious (and huge!!) breakfast. Don't hesitate to book here. Upscale neighborhood with fancy chain motels nearby. Pick this place instead!! Local and lovely!

Beautiful little hotel. Very clean, modern feel. They offer a great selection of coffee and lattes. Service was great. Needed a 5:30 shuttle ride to the airport. I came down at 5:20 the driver was there ready for me and a coffee to go handed to me! Great service! Short walking distance to the Oakland mall and numerous dining options.

The staff are nice and ever accommodating the rooms are large, and the court yard in the center of the complex is beautiful. For the price this is my favorite hotel in Guatamala.

I stayed here twice during my 2 month stay in Guatemala. First when I arrived and then again the day before I flew out. This hotel is just like the name Inmaculada! The staff very helpful and friendly. Rooms snd outdoor space is comfortable and clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel ro friends and family and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

During my first stay at the hotel, an inconvenience happened which I was not quite happy with, however the hotel manager was very kind and I was invited to stay again—to which I had a much better experience. I want to say a huge thank you to the staff, including hotel manager Jafet, for enabling a great stay the second time round. The rooms are lovely, the restaurant is great, the staff are exceptional and it’s a wonderful stay if you’re looking for a hotel in Guatemala City. Again, I appreciate that the hotel staff ensured I had a great second experience. Thank you!

Nice clean place, sizeable rooms with AC, breakfast included (a la carte) at the rooftop restaurant. A short drive to the airport and a shopping centre nearby with restaurants, clothing and cinema a short walk away.

Very bad experience. The first room had a very toxic fresh paint chemical smell. They changed us to another room and there was mold in the bathroom, extreme dust and dirt in many places. They should not be renting rooms like this and at that price. They management was able to refund our stay and we went to stay at another hotel.

Good: Very friendly staff, good location near Oakland mall, delicious breakfast included (including espresso based coffee not drip) Bad: they touch up painted the walls right before we got there and didn't tell us so mf gf ended up getting white Paine on her black jacket. The desk next to the bed smelled of urine, even after we got cleaning sprays from reception and my gf sprayed perfume on the area.

This is a wonderful, comfortable hotel to stay. There is a coffee and wine bar and a full breakfast that's included with your stay. They offer free shuttle service to the airport. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and has 24hr. security. It's very close to the airport and is located in Zone 10. There are several restaurants and a beautiful huge mall and movie theaters walking distance. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff, modern comfortable rooms around a green courtyard, it's a small boutique hotel but close to great restaurants and the lovely Oakland Mall. This is a lot of value for the cost. We love it!

Wonderful hotel. Beautifully decorated and the bed was so comfy. The staff knew we were celebrating our 25 wedding anniversary and they treated like it was our wedding night. The food in the restaurant was delicious and the coffees were amazing. We had the best stay at this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Safe location that is close to restaurants, bars, shopping, airport. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant, specifically breakfast, offered quick service in a great space on the rooftop terrace. The room was spacious, secure, and clean. All in all a great value!

There are no words that could do this space justice. It is utterly breathtaking from the first step you take. Architecturally and aesthetically it is superb. The balconies were beautiful. The chandeliers were beautiful. Its the best hotel breakfast I have ever had as well. I'm going to stay again before I go home

My favorite place to stay in the city. Quiet and comfortable, staff speak English, near shops and restaurants. A wonderful treat after a tiring flight from Atlanta. Very secure.

A small boutique hotel. Chic decor, very friendly, helpful staff. Good food in the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast. There is a wide range of shopping and dining in the neighborhood. Free airport shuttle finishes it off.

I don't often travel to the same place more than once, but on a return trip to Guatemala, I ALSO returned to La Immaculada. The staff is amazing, the rates are incredibly reasonable, and the property is gorgeous. (the air conditioning was wonderfully cold during the evening!) Oh, and be sure to enjoy breakfast out in the courtyard and, if you have time, stop by again for a few drinks in the evening. 10/10 would stay again and recommend to friends and family!
