I see a lot of questionable odd/fake reviews. Upon checking in, it seemed very disorganized, lack of management and most of all proper training. I simply chose to stay here for the historical background instead of the usual chain hotels. But I would not stay here again.

I love this hotel! The location is perfect, close to everything and the service is the best of the best. I specially like the buffet on Sundays, the food is not only outstandingly good but they have live Marimba. I recommend trying it out, even if you are not staying there

Nice hotel located in a safe, interesting historic area. The lobby opens into a pedestrian street with many shops, restaurants, and museums nearby. The staff is friendly and helpful and the level of service is good.
