I booked my room weeks in advance, arrived and was told their staff didn’t enter my reservation and so I had no reservation, and they were then booked. They recommended places that were almost twice as expensive. I asked if they would at least pay for my taxi because of their system error, they said yes and called for the car. When arriving the taxi charged me. Meraki needs to get their system fixed, otherwise you may be stranded and picking up the bills.

Extremely expensive. But Guatemala is in general. The room smelled like mold and the towels were old. It was the most decent option in Guatemala City. And i had an Early flight. I was disappointed

Very cute hotel near a lot of great restaurants and shops. The plaza on the next block was beautiful. Hospitality was wonderful and loved my stay! Recommend ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. :)

In short, I would stay at that hotel again, and I really must thank all his staff, Rony Pérez, since he helped me from the first moment I arrived, Alfonso and Carlos, excellent people since they took care of my rental car, And with great pleasure to Olga, Yoselin and Lorena for their splendid service in the kitchen and the restaurant, And last but not least Josué, Javier, Laura and Leslie for having made my stay like I was in my own house,

The price was good and the room excellent. Within walking distance you can visit the malls, the mosque ,churches, and two main avenues. Avenida Reforma and Avenida Las Americas. The La Aurora International Airport is close by also the hotel is in a well developed area with high profile Hotels

I only stayed one night...it was a lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, beautiful room and fabulous included breakfast!

Nice and clean, ask for a room with a window, the windowless rooms are not so good.

It's a cute little place, Laura was really helpful and always on top of everything, the breakfast is ok and there is a very cool mall one street away. Really calm and in a safe zone.

Lovely place to stay for an quick vacation or Business. However the water system is poor, it's very cold and the water takes long to heat up. Well train staff except for the fact that I don't speak Spanish lol

Nice, tidy and clean boutique hotel

This hotel is so amazing. It is clean, quiet, and the workers are so polite. Breakfast comes with the stay. It’s in a beautiful indoor garden area and taste amazing. It is all Guatemalan food, the fruit is fresh and delicious. The beds were clean and comfortable. They carry your bags to your room and are so helpful. I will definitely stay here again. It is also a great price. There are many restaurants in walking distance!
