First of all, wash the bed sheets, second clean up the toe nail clippings from previous guests. And third the overall experience was truly unpleasant. The atmosphere itself is off-putting. The building looks broke down and sketchy. Now the rooms were horrible. The bed sheets, dirty, the pillows, disgusting, furniture unclean. The rooms were really ugly. And the bathroom shower had peeled cables right where the water splashes. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone especially families traveling with kids, because the environment just doesn't feel safe. I write this review with all honesty and hope to help other guests avoid disappointing experiences.

Very secure and nice looking place. Would recommend. Only reason it doesn't have 5 stars is because the shower 🚿 head is higher then the curtains which in turn got the whole bathroom floor wet 💦

Cheap, close to the airport, and includes a simple breakfast (eggs Beans toast coffee or pancakes). However note that the staff speaks very little English. I'd give them 5 Stars but one of the male staff members was very rude to me yelling at me something I did not understand in Spanish. There's also very little close by walking distance in terms of food. Only a tienda which is basically a convenience store.

I had previously stayed here many times and make a reservation that was accepted almost three weeks ago. Today, and close to my date of staying the cancelled on me leaving me kicked to the curb. I had another problem with them not coming to pick me up one time at the airport. This is just a warning to people that they do not honor their reservations and there are many other places to stay that are also close to the airport.

5 stars for the staff!, this hostel is worth the stay. Ramon, the host and Lily were especially attentive, smiling, patient and helpful with all of my questions and requests. I originally only intended to stay for the weekend but extended my stay an additional two days. This hostel is clase to the airport. My departing flight required I be at the airport at 4am. Ramon was alert and ready to take me to the airport promptly at the appointed hour. One thing you should be aware of if you're staying for more than one night, there's only one small restaraunt within walking distance. However, for a small charge this hostel does serve breakfast. I'll stay here the next time I'm in "The City".

Cheap, close to airport (complimentary shuttle), super comfy stay. Loved the eclectic decor and the ladies inside the "comedor" whipped up an amazing chicken meal for me when arrived. There was a big party happening at a neighbouring space, but it was still so quiet in my dorm.

About 5 minutes drive from the Aurora Int'l airport it's great for business people and travelers specially if you're making a connection in Guatemala, cozy and quiet, has a kind of vintage atmosphere with antiques all over the place. Offers shuttles to Antigua and the airport and can get you a taxi in a few. It's inside a closed neighborhood so security is very good.

The perfect place for flying out of GC. Safe area, good breakfast, plenty of space to move around in, even a computer and printer, free of charge for printing out boarding passes. There is a shop round the corner to buy food to cook in their kitchen or they cook for you for 25Q. The beer in the shop is 11Q for a litre!

Quick access to airport, clean, but to many stairs to the rooms unless you are close to the entrance specially if you have heavy luggage.

Clean hotel, complimentary breakfast and safe area. It's like a gated community.
