Fantastic price value, you can't find this anywhere else. Yes, the hotel is a bit old and dated, and maintenance could be improved, but at less than 40 bucks a piece, this place is incredibly luxurious. Location is unbeatable, they offer free breakfast, and staff are super kind. I'd definitely recommend it and would come back. Best of all: it's a local-run hotel, not a big multinational corp!

This hotel is close to a couple of nightclubs and you can hear their loud music at night. Old, needs renovations. Personnel is kind and warm but problems/repairs needed are not done promptly My tub drain was clogged. Fridge in room did not worked. Ants running wild on the kitchenet counter. It took 2 days for them to address issues. Won't come back.

Old school Hotel hasn't been updated in years but very clean. Good location lot of restaurants and bars nearby . Unfortunately clubs down the street were noisy. Comfortable bed, nice linens. Could only get one channel on cable

Great stay near the airport, staff is kind and moves quick during check-in, reception was very attentive. unfortunately i missed breakfast but i’m sure it was delightful. my view on floor 7 in room 702 was GORGEOUS!! i didn’t know GUA city could be that beautiful :)

A very attentive staff, luxurious accommodations with great dining options. The rooftop terrace provides a picturesque setting to enjoy panoramic views of the cityscape. A 24-hour front desk and concierge service catered my needs and inquiries.

Great location to stay at for those who want the Guatemalan experience. They provide complimentary buffet breakfast and transportation to the airport. The staff are great and provide trust worthy drivers for European and American tourists. My overall experience was great. I highly recommend this hotel. If you are looking for an extreme over the top fancy hotel, this is not for you.

It's a very good Apart Hotel in heart of the Guatemala city.

The hotel is a little old, might need to replace the carpet, but was comfortable and convenient.

Ok Hotel but needs a bit updating...Breasfast food is awful not a great quality of food ...Kitchen personel not too friendly... So for a bit more money there are newer and better Hotels in the area !!!!

Great location and great service. The hotel is a little old but they have been working on renovating the rooms. They also offer a complimentary shuttle to the airport and breakfasts totally worth the price!

Oh... It's very good place. All the staff are very friendly. The hotel is located on the heart of the city. Surrounded by Indian , Italian, and British Embassy. Malls, restaurant's. This hotel offers you complementary buffet breakfast. You'll also have a kitchen and all utilities inside. This more secure inside and outside as well. On the ground floor near to the reception, there's one pharmacy and tattoo shop. Overall, it's a very nice place to check-in.
