Your typical TGI Friday's. Two levels, they gice you free parking for Miraflores Mall when consuming there. I've had a couple of experiences where the waitress messes up the bill (charges the wrong card when splitting bills) so keep an eye on that.

Good food, good prices, nice ambient and they pay your parking

I have been to this TGI's a few times before. The food isn't too bad but the service tends to be a little on the slow side even though there is hardly anyone in there on the two occasions that I have visited this establishment.

Similar format to USA version, just more expensive. This country is not competitive in any regards, and not any different than most Central American countries but the franchise owner, to include Walmart, IHOP, etc seek high returns while paying rock bottom wages. They can do better price wise but don't care. You pay or go elsewhere. I will not be returning to this franchise in the future.

Great dinning option with lunch specials

I love that this place is open until 11pm even on a weekday and is very accessible for uber/taxi users.

Review update Aug. 24.19 I am happy to edit my original review. This place has done a complete 180. Service as always was excellent, but the food was superb. We had the ribs with sweet potato fries. The ribs were fresh nicely bbq'd, did not taste old. The little ramkin of coleslaw looked and tasted as made today. The fries were crispy, not greasy or reheated. And the grand finale: the coffee finally was coffee and not sock water😉. I did congratulate the new manager and am changing my original 2 star to 5. For a franchise it leaves a lot to be desired. Waitstaff is awesome, but the food is terrible. Ribs are dry as if it were old, coleslaw is icky, burger patties are small also and the tomato and onion on them look very old. It's a shame.

Ask for the lunch menu, contains everything for a much better price.

Good and fast service, waaay too much light

Service was horrible. My appetizer came out after my entree, the chicken parmesan I order was hard and cold. My entire family's food was cold. Completely disappointed and ruined my birthday dinner. Not worth your stop
