The young lady that helped us went far and beyond her job. Sadly I didn't look her name, but I wish more people would make this kind of effort with their jobs (any kind of job)

Poor service in Siman. I had a bad experience buying online after checking onsite products in Oackland Mall. Last weekend, I went to Los Proceres, and my perception is that clothes are old fashion.

There style selection and size selection has improved greatly. Possibly due to being stocked up for the holiday.

Clean, not crowed and good costumer service

Low quality, overpriced, but always find myself coming back. There's just not many places to find what you need in Guatemala and this is one of the only department stores besides Walmart and Cemaco. All the personnel at Siman are very friendly and helpful so I get lured in every time. Advice: do not have anything delivered to your house. Because they didn't have the products in store, I agreed to have three products delivered and two of them were incorrect. When you buy online, there is an option to allow them to send you a similar product if the one you want isn't available. I did not select this option, but it seems they think it's okay to give you something other than what you paid for. It was a hassle to get what I had actually purchased; I had no luck through customer service though I was persistent but was able to solve the mistake by emailing the warehouse and communicating with the warehouse and delivery workers through their personal phone. I wouldn't buy clothes here as the few items I have from here wore out quickly, but I have purchased home goods as well as Christmas gifts for the kids and was satisfied with the products.
