Copa VIP lounge in Guatemala City airport is comfortable, but they seem to be confused about their purpose. The elevator music from the airport is piped inside the lounge, so watching TV is useless - can't hear the tv. The food is seed oil fried chips and sugar & cholesterol laden high fat cheap cookies. No protein bars, never mind warm food. No fruit even. For hot drinks you are supplied with 5oz mini cups, There is no fresh water for self service. When I asked about the woefully inadequate food & drinks, I was told - "Yes, everyone complains, sir, but we have no authorization for more." Double fail.

Quite comfortable place to sit for a bit before your flight. The food is limited to potato chips and plantains. You can go to the bar and get some drinks, or use the automatic coffee machine to get some pretty decent coffee. Surprisingly even at lunch time, there is no other food provided. The staff is friendly, and helpful. They do have different kids of chairs, and are comfortable.

It's perfect to wait for your plane, but they should improve the variety of food. The service is good and all the facilities are super clean

Average club. The food is very limited, just some pretzels with cream cheese, yogurt and cereals. No cappuccinos, just regular coffee and the people at the bar aren't that friendly. The view is nice, the place is small but it was very clean.

Definitely NOT a reason to fly business neither with Copa nor United Airlines. The only food you get are chips (see the attached picture). My expectations were low but this lounge managed anyway to disappoint me.

Being a place registered by Priority Pass, leave a lot to be desired, they give you bread with butter, bananas and coffee. The rest is paid, nothing appetizing and very expensive.

Snacks ? It’s a shame, there is just one or two dry sandwiches.

Lounge is comfy for a small coffee break or a 1 hour wait. I do have to say, service is not the best, the place is very old and outdated, very very very limited snacks and drinks. I believe it does not even serve hot snacks. Its not the cleanest. Compare to Lounges in other airports such as Honduras or El Salvador, i find this one to be one of the poorest one.

Disappointed there was no food and just drinks and coffee. Although quiet environment with good WiFi and clean bathrooms. Was expecting more

Literally awful. Check in host was more than rude. No food is offered other than a couple boring snack bars. Very poor lounge. Do better, Copa.

This is the second Copa club I have been in. One in Medellin and now Guatemala City. Both suck. No food or just a few snacks. Lunch time now you have your choice of potatoe chips or peanuts or crackers. Medellin was just as bad.

Good place to rest and refuel yourself during connecting flights. Food options could be better.

Nice place, not a lot of food options but great to relax and work.

Confortable but with some lacks. No salty food (like sandwiches), only sweet things to eat. Only one bathroom available make the place not so good.
