We had booked a room through phone two days before the trip they confirmed, they booking we asked about payment they told us that they will only collect payment when we reach spot. Also we confirm the day before the day of booking they told a room is already booked in our name. When we reached the spot. The staff at redemption told us no rood is available and we asked about our booking the told that owner may say so. Hear nothing is booked. At last we have to take some other hotel. By God's grace we got room in another hotel. Worst experience. For this review the management has replied that they don't allow unmarried couples. Do you know we are unmarried or married do you asked about this thing when we reached your hotel reception. If you have ask about that we may have shown you all over marriage certificate photos something. I clearly say your staff miss behaved very rudely and he told there was no such booking made from our side. Don't blame others to hide your problems. We are completing of 5th year of marriage life.

Great location for temple visit. Close to bus stop and other amenities. Good restaurants in 500m distance. Great service by staff in helping to courier a forgotten item in the room with no charges asked for. Just took two phone calls and they sorted us easily. Decent size rooms. Large family rooms available. Helpful staff at check in and good room service. The bigger triple bedroom had some engineering problems around placement of plugs. It's 2022 and plugs in tourist place should be international multi plug. Some parts of the hotel is building in progress. Drivers sleeping area not yet ready. New Hotel, rooms are clean, perfect for family stay, just 100meters to Thanjavur Big Temple, staff behaviour and service very appreciable. There is no restaurant in the hotel but you have the best in town Veg Hotel Krishna Bhavan just near so food wont be an issue. I would prefer this hotel for my next visit also. 🙏

This stay is perfect for temple visit. Walkable distance to the temple. Rooms and bathroom were neat and clean. On request they provided extra bed and kettle. No restaurant in the hotel but there are good restaurants nearby. We ordered food from swiggy at night. So food is not an issue.

Located in proximity to the temple, the check-in and check-out process were smooth. The rooms were spacious, and each air-conditioned room could accommodate three persons; they even provided an extra bed. Wifi facility was also there. The toilets were clean and equipped with geysers. The only negative is no restaurant. But there are good eateries around. Overall, the service was good.

Best place to stay in tanjavur. Near big temple. Small tea shops near this hotel are super.

Brand new hotel with courteous staff, great amenities, fantastic location for temple! Thumbs Up! Likes: Loved the large spacious interiors, lovely courteous staff at reception, brand-new fittings in the toilet and excellent new geyser, AC and TV. Since the hotel and premises are very new all the facilities in the room were better than average, even exceptional. Hope they keep the condition clean as it is currently. We spent zero money in going to the temple, great vegetarian eateries close by too. Fully satisfied. Double bedroom is very comfortable for 3 adults with an extra mattress. They even provide extra bed (mattress+cot) which is very comfortable. Dislikes: Only one window in the room that had to be kept closed due to mosquitoes. Toilets also got few mosquitoes, toilet floor wouldn't dry quick enough so we kept our ventilator on. No space to dry wet clothes, but these problems are minor and not significant. Fully recommend!

We had a very nice experience at Srirathna Temple View Inn at Thanjavur. The stay was good. Rooms , bathroom and linen were neat. Everyone including the owner Mr Senthil, the staff at the reception, the Manager were really helpful, right from the booking date till our stay. We booked a standard room but on request they changed and gave a Bigger room with AC , even though it was muhurtham day and availability if room was difficult in Thanjavur . On request they let us stay a few more hours since our train was in the evening. The hotel is a new hotel, diagonally opposite to Thanjavur big temple and located near to shopping area, railway station. If you are looking for a nice budget friendly place to stay in Thanjavur, look no further. We would strongly recommend Srirathna Temple View Inn

The hotel was good It is located approx. 1km from Thanjavur big temple. The rooms are very big and spacious and each room has its own Wi-Fi router. Bathroom were like small in terms of area but it is fine. I would suggest the hotel management just to keep a hanger in the room to hang our clothes and I feel rest of them are good

I had a great experience during our stay here. The rooms are very neat and clean. The staff is cooperative and give info which will help us to travel within and outside TANJORE. I will recommend this hotel to stay.

Affordable rooms - AC available - Lift available - Wifi available - TV available - Clean rooms and bathroom with working geysers - Silent place - 5 mins walk to Tanjavur Big temple - No dedicated parking facility. Parking is on the large common ground in front of hotel - Restaurant is not operational. Have to walk to bus stand road to find good restaurants

Great place to stay and exceptional service was offered. Friendly and helpful staffs made us feel comfortable and also exceptionally friendly in their attitude. Rooms had all the amenities and is maintained well.

Plus: Great location - main temple, old bus stand, fort, market etc., all just a jolly walk from the hotel, soap and towel provided - ask them as they seem to forget their own services, kettle provided (again, ask them, and check the kettle immediately whether it works or not, the 3rd kettle i got worked), hot water geyser works like a charm, fan regulator works on both low and high speeds - which is incredible, good earnesy guys at the reception trying to help, wifi works well, small room but good for a couple of nights to sleep. Minus: Toilet seat very high - you'll be trying to relieve yourself from the top of a mountain, mattress too soft (bad for back), pillows too soft and high (bad for neck), sink was clogged and water wasn't draining smoothly, dusty room as they don't give it a thorough cleaning, no hooks whatsoever to hang your clothes/towel, no balcony and forget opening the narrow window, hair of previous guests all over, ac temperature control doesn't function properly - they need to fix it. It's a new hotel, work still needs to be completed.

Sri Rathna Temple View Inn...Great hotel for many reasons! The location is only 2 minutes walk from the gate of the Rajaraja Chola temple / Brihadiswara Temple, which of course is a DO NOT MISS and Beyond Description), at your doorstep is a sprawling market with Every kind of India good imaginable...even hand painted bobblehead dolls that dance when you touch them ...ha ha! Local food is excellent, bus station Is a 2 minute walk, and the Excellent palace museum is only a 10 minute walk through the market. This museum houses the famous bronze Shiva and Parvati cow herders....much Much more Impressive in person than the internet photos!....and has a beautiful collection of ancient stone and bronze statues Train station is only 12 minutes by rickshaw. Staff were always polite, helpful, and really extended Every effort and courtesy to make us comfortable and happy. Hotel and staff are family friendly and safe. GREAT JOB GUYS...THANKS for a memorable experience. You will do well in your new venture...because you Deserve it!

Nice hospitality and super clean rooms. Well managed, recommend others to book if you’re looking some accommodation near big temple. Temple view from the balcony is cool.

Good hotel and a perfect location to travel around Thanjavur. We had the budget room and it had good AC and hot water. The room had a lot of mosquitoes inside, the towels we got were a little dirty, and speaking with the staff was difficult. During our stay we got sick and the staff couldn't understand us when we tried to enquire where there is a medical clinic or hospital nearby. Overall, great value for money and highly recommended to anyone traveling on a budget.
