They say it's air-conditioned but mostly their AC remains off and they don't clean the tables on time and after they have cleaned it used to still remain dirty...had to sit at a dirty table then keep calling the staff to clean it up. But it's a good place to eat if you are tired of South Indian food and at a very reasonable price.
