اعطيه 3نجوم ونص جميل وهادي يصلح للجميع ولكن الاثمنة يجب اعادة النضر فيها من طرف صاحب المشروع .اعتقد آخر شي سيفكر فيه صاحب المشروع هيا الاثمنة وهذا حال الجميع الكل تقريبا يسعى وراء المال لايهمهم الزبناء . ولكن هدا مكلف لدوي الدخل الضعيف ومن لديه عائلة كبيرة. من هذه الناحية لا انصح الدهاب الى هناك. فهناك بدائل دائما ولله الحمد.
