I was in pain - started gradually and slowly made movement of my shoulder very painful. Went to First Contact as a referral from a friend. Was seen the next day, examined, diagnosed and treatment options discussed. The next day, got my ultrasound sound guided injection into the AC joint - with almost immediate pain relief. Both clinicians (Jay and Mike) and the receptionists are welcoming, professional and supportive. Very impressed.

The doctor Ranjan Vhanra explained my health problems very clearly, showed a lot of empathy, attention and was very kind. I received comprehensive information about the path of treatment and the pleasure of communicating with the doctor

Just had the most amazing experience having this done. Some of you know my back did not like the holiday and has floored me. To get back to normal asap I went for the MRI today. The reception girls lovely as ever( i know i did work there but they are good). Jackie and Trina who do the scan are so lovely, they put you on the table and explain everything, theres music to dull out some of the noise and I have to say it was the most comfortable, safe, warm I have felt in over a week. I fell asleep on my back no pain absolute heaven. I would recommend everyone if you can afford it to get this done. Even without the sciatica. 💎💎💎💎💎
