Sorry,but i want to tell honestly for your improvement.we are waiting so long for the bill out and yet its not good for the customer like us with senior citizen that waiting fir so long.hope u understand.

Came here for lunch with my family. Ordered spaghetti, carbonara, Caesar salad, 4 fried chicken baskets, and 3 types of pizzas. Food was decent. The chicken was good but the salad was questionable. It had a weird taste which I found to be odd and it was confirmed when it gave me the runs. Would not recommend their salads. On top of that, it was very hot inside the restaurant. We asked for them to increase the speed but they said it is already at max. Their AC can't keep up unfortunately. The staff did try to accomodate our group but it unfortunately was just too hot in there to enjoy the food.

Place is very well-managed, there is sufficient space to maintain proper physical distancing among the customers. Their variety of pizza has since improved, the supercard is very worth it because you get buy 1 take 1 so if you are not yet a member, you are defo missing out on a lot

It's our weekend Sunday after attending Victory church with my son. I loved this place because of my card privileges discount and the staff are very courteous.

We ate here on my partners birthday. Serving time took a while and a few follow ups. Our order were delivered a little later than those who just came in after us. Thwy don't have a proper system for sorting orders. We ordered a thin crust pizza but we received a thick crust one. We did not bother to have ir replaced so it won't be billed to the server. On the other hand, the waiter who served us was very kind. Food was ok.

they have PWD priority seats. my grandmother liked it because we get to sit earlier even with a line of people

Best Pizza Restaurant in the Philippines!

Very slow service due to understaffing. We ordered our food and waited more than 20 mins to serve.

Friday special pizza was good paired with chicken and fries was better. We could not consume all as there were mozzarella sticks, another pizza (Hawaiian) and Carbonara . Am full. 😁

Had the hand tossed XL pizza and sadly I’m disappointed with the quality of their dough. It’s too greasy and taste so flour-y. Maybe the thin crust would’ve been better? Customer service is excellent although a little slow.

Spacious resto, air-conditioning sucks. Service not so quick, food attendants during the birthday event were not hospitable nor friendly, they were there just to put food on your plate, not even hospitable nor welcoming

I suggest not to visit during the holidays coz you can't never have a quality service. Crews are too busy and the food is getting lousy. Different from usual Shakey's.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I only went in for a take out but the waiting time was INSANELY LONG simply because nobody bothered to entertain us. We had to talk to 3 staffs (ALL ARE UNWILLING TO ACCOMODATE US & EVEN MADE FACES) just to get our order taken. Not even one staff greeted us.

I had to wait for MORE THAN AN HOUR for 2 large pizza and 6pcs buffalo wings!! No one even greeted me nor gave me a menu when I walked in, I was just standing for more than 5 mins beside the entrance/counter waiting for someone to approach me. I was the one who greeted the crew instead and ask for the menu. I also had to find somebody free just so I could place my order. It didn't stop there, when I saw the receipt the order was incorrect, instead of solo wings the entry was family. Terrible terrible service.
