    As usual I ordered way too many shots of espresso for one person and they made me a perfect beverage. Love the customization options, friendliness, speed and quality. Not bad for a corporation!

    Bad service. They were out of regular caramel, so they just gave me dark caramel without checking like they usually do when they run out of regular. Asked her if it was the dark stuff. She said that it's definitely regular caramel, while looking at me like I'm a massive b-hole. I drove away, tried it...and it was the nasty, runny dark caramel. So, I went back in the store to get a new drink, and was treated poorly by the staff inside. They remade my drink, but it ended up being caramel flavored milk with barely any coffee in it. And since Starbucks has a formula...she did that on purpose. Because I had the nerve to politely ask for a new drink after being lied to.

    I just got off the phone with the hiring manager from/for this location. I forgot her name because of how brief she was however I’d like to share in case anyone is thinking of applying for this location. First off she couldn’t even remember my name at the beginning of the phone call. I understand because I myself spent 2 years in store management and that can be difficult but that was a red flag from the beginning considering she should’ve had it right in front of her. Secondly she asked me for my availability. And when I asked in return what availability she was looking for she was very short with me and didn’t directly answer my question and made it very apparent she was just looking for people that meet her “store needs” which leads me to believe this is not a positive work environment and employees are used to fill hours instead of being appreciated for their work. I explained to her that I work an evening job and would not be available at 5 in the morning but would be available around 8am. I also explained that I don’t have experience opening a store. After this she proceeded to tell me “okay well since that is the case I say you should apply again in the future when your availability meets my stores needs”. First off when am I supposed to know that? Secondly why wouldn’t she call me back when a position that fits my availability opens? And third your hiring ad said nothing about looking for someone for that specific time so you’re basically wasting your time calling people who don’t fit your criteria when they applied without knowing what it was. And to top it off, I’m assuming she was aware that I was displeased with how the phone call went because I then asked what the address of the store was and she said “the one in Schenectady” I once again asked her to be more specific she said “off of route 7 by 890” and I said “so the one by Albany street?” And she said no(even though it was) So I then said “the one on the same street as the Dunkin’ Donuts?” And she said “yeah I think the address of the Dunkin’ Donuts is Albany street”. Did not once give me the actual address of this store, NOT EVEN A STREET NAME!!!! Considering how poorly she could communicate a simple address I honestly feel bad for any employees that work under her. She seems temperamental, like a terrible communicator and only really wants workers that will work around her, not even for the stores best interest. Overall, rude. Don’t apply here.

    Very rude and sneaky manager. The employees are treated very poorly under her management and overall corporate, which leads to high turn-over rates (which results in poorly trained baristas!). The shift leaders are also very rude. Shout out to all the hard working baristas though!

    Was my first time ever at Starbucks, ordered online where prices wernt seen untill checkout, was a bit shocked but thought,, there popular and always busy sooo...I pay $20. For 3 items and go home...Im not at all impressed, crossaint dry, smashed and stale...sandwich was warmed and was ordered cold....overall TERRIBLE first impression

    UPDATE 10.16.22 - well gave it one last attempt.Sun.am,not that busy and went thru the drive thru. Ordered an Americano-black,with sweet cream foam- nice and simple. When they handed me my drink it looked like they added cream to it. I said I wanted it black and she said it is,thats just the foam. I don't mind paying for quality,but if u are going to charge me almost $ 7 for a coffee drink make it properly. The foam should be stiff enough to sit on top of the drink. That means running it in the machine long enough so that it's made correctly. The message here is no quality and the management doesn't care enough to fix what's wrong. The best quality Starbucks are in the Targets for some reason. It's a nite and day difference in service and quality. Update 09.17.22- this is directed at whoever's is the " shift supervisor"- you have 7 people working and I waited 30 minutes- literally- I timed it for an Americano- cold water and expresso. You are filling e-orders for people who are not even there ,before the customers standing in front of you.there was a collection of orders on the counter upto 2 hours old. Never saw so many people asking for refunds . Learn how to prioritize your customers . I like Starbucks but I don't understand how there is no uniform way to make a cold brew with sweet cream foam. It's never the same -even when I return to the same store-let alone different stores. The Starbucks in Target at northway mall is the most consistent.

    Every time I go in this location. Employees talking amongst themselves ignore you for several minutes. Ordered hot coffee it was piss warm if that. To much cream in it. Two paper cups inside each other? This store needs a management change and training in customer service,

    Last few times I've gotten coffee it is tepid at best. just picked up a tall blonde roast and it's Luke warm. Next time I will test it before leaving.

    Kicked everyone out at 10:10AM right after getting my laptop set up and receiving my coffee... a heads up that they were going to close would of been nice. Gave the coffee back as where am I going to drink this now that I have to go to another establishment.

    This location always has a line that reaches out to the streets. Customer service and speed sucks. Seems like they work a good 5-10 mins on one car alone. I've been to many other locations with speedy long lines. This one ain't it. If you are getting coffee before work, make sure you give yourself at least 30 mins extra of time or you will be late!

    Truthfully ill never rate this location but Today 03/02/23 for the first time my drink was made the way i want it.. I always ask for extra caramel i get little to non but huge SHOUTOUT TO MARLEY love her personality and my drink is delicious

    You know that you love Starbucks. I don't (I hate coffee products). I go for my family. But the parking sucks at this one. My exit from the front spaces was blocked by the drive-through line. I had to back all the way out!

    This is the worst Starbucks in the neighborhood. Every time i come here the drive thru is out to the street. The workers are extremely slow. This Saturday there was only two cars in front of me, I ordered a regular pike, it literally took me 14 minutes to get to the window. When i get my hot coffee its now cold. . SI ask them if they can take it back and give hot coffee, they say they can’t take it back but they can remake! Im told to now pull to the side. I wait 5 minutes then go inside they literally not remaking my coffee at this point 20 mins for a non-specialty coffee is crazy. I ended up getting a refund. This place must be under new management. Since 2021 the service has been horrible. Im just going to skip the hassle take the drive to another Star bucks. Or drink a different coffee.

    The staff here gives Starbucks a bad name, Andrew will walk up to you and pretend you don't exist as you stand there awkwardly for several minutes. When we tried to let him know we were ready to order, his attitude and backtalk was off the charts. Nobody asked him to stop what he was doing (is what he argued) and we told him that all he needed to do was acknowledge that we were there even with a quick glance. Nope, just kept arguing in front of 2 small kids. 6 employees working at the time and still this was the way we were treated. As Andrew put it, "you can't make everybody happy". Geez, I'm sorry you're so miserable.

    Unfortunately I have to give this visit three stars. My mocha was less than hot. Otherwise it was ok. Staff were pleasant but as usual but gave priority to the drive thru clientele. Only positive point is that I am using a gift card so I didn't spend any of my own money.

    Staff is generally rude. My last visit was horrible. My order was a grande mocha, pretty standard. Problem was it was half full of milk,, and whip cream filling another third. I know milk will settle, but this was never filled past half way. I made a mistake in asking for a top off for my cup. I didn't think about covid protocol, but the offense i caused the drive through girl was immense. She made me feel bad for asking, then told she'd make me a new drink. I appreciated it enough to have have her snatche my $4 my hands while she gave me an Eyroll. my new drink was full and boiling hot. I mean burn my hands hot. I hope this store figures out its staffing issues.

    I made a mobile order yesterday afternoon on my way home for a shaken espresso with no ice. I had a root canal on two of my teeth a few days ago and my gums are still very sensitive so I really can’t have the ice. When I stopped to pick it up I noticed my drink was only about a third of the way full. I wasn’t happy with that, so I brought it to the counter and I said to one of the women working “Excuse me, but can I just have ice in this if it means the drink will be full, I have sensitive teeth so I asked for it without ice, but I didn’t realize it would be mostly empty.” She apologized and told me that the drink should NOT be mostly empty and she didn’t know who made the drink. Either way she remade it IMMEDIATELY. I told her it wasn’t a problem, but thanked her and wow I appreciated their customer service! I do mobile orders from this store often and I am never disappointed with how the drinks come out, and I was especially made happy on my birthday this day with how she handled the situation, super professional and excellent customer service. Worth the wait since they were so so kind. (I don’t remember her name but she had blonde hair and was so super sweet) 5 stars.
