👍👍 Excellent food, great prices, better view. Service is painfully slow, but not different from any other Portuguese restaurant. I recommend the bowls and the dish of the day, this is not the place for burgers. We will come back! People often mention good, staff, view, service, hamburger, Great,

Great place to come and enjoy the view and grab a bite to eat…the salmon, avocado and magi bowl was delicious! Also good fresh juice and service.

Good location, great view and friendly staff weren't enough to outweigh the below (well below) average vegetarian hamburger... What a flop. Super dry bun and the ingredients just felt like they were tossed in there, bland. The only flavour was of the store bought type sweet & sour sauce.

We got there around 10am when they were still setting up. The staff were super lovely and welcomed our blend of English, French and Portuguese. The food was simple and affordable. I really enjoyed the açai bowl (not pictured) and the lovely view of the beach.

Great and healthy food here. Try Asai bowl or salmon bowl!

This little « café » is for real the best place we tried since we arrived in Portugal. Good soup, good meat and good sweets. The banana cake is awesome, with a lot of flavors ! Surprising, tasty and healthy. The view on the ocean upgrades all the good in this restaurant. The team is the sweetest. Young waiters and waitresses, all very kind, gentle and professional. A place to try if your spending time on the coast, a place to go often if you’re lucky enough to live here. We hope to come back before leaving, maybe after a good surf session ! Thanks Picaba 😁

Make no mistake, the food is not the reason to go to Picada. It’s the pleasure of sitting outside with a view of the ocean that makes this restaurant a pleasant stop. Keep your expectations for the food low and they will be met. If we ever come back, it will be to just have a beverage and relax for a bit.

Ate here while waiting for my boyfriend attend a surfing class. I had some tuna sandwich and hot chocolate with the amazing beach view. Would've chosen something from their lunch menu but it was still early for it (I came around 10:30 am). The server was friendly and answered all my questions. However, the service was rather really slow. I waited so long for my food, I thought they had to catch the tuna from the sea or even wait for the lettuce to grow from the soil. And the food that I ordered was not that exceptional, it was just okay. I had to pay inside and saw they had a whole lot of staff inside. Wondered what all their staff do that make their service quite slow.

The food is super good and affordable. Definitely a healthier option. The spot is lovely right on the beach. I could eat their açai everyday! Wish they had a vegan yogurt option though.

My hummus, lentil salad was surprisingly good. I eould get it again. We were not acknowledged until sitting for about 20 minutes, which would not be unusual or frustrating except that another couple came in about 15 minutes after us and were acknowledged and placed their order immediately, which felt as if we were being ignored, or there was disorganization by the staff. It was a bit loud (people) but 5 stars for dog friendly atmosphere!!! 🐶🐶🐶

Our two soups as well as our three main courses were cold, the taste was ok.

Friendly service with English menu, we had the house special, burger, salad and rice with cocktail sauce. Recommended, it is very tasty. Juice does seem watered down a little though and ordered medium but was slightly too raw in the middle. Overall a good place to visit for lunch

Not recommend to eat. A bit too expensive. 9.5euro for a boring hamburger with some patat.

We had lunch here twice on our holiday. Great vegetarian options. Friendly staff. The best cheese toastie in Portugal.

Ok taste. Eggs benedict was overcooked with way too much cheese/buttersauce. Used colouring in green pancakes. Guacamole seems canned. Overall not satisfied.

Ordered a hamburger and got a completely different dish. Just a patty with a slice of Cheese. They excused it with “thats just our version of a hamburger, there is no burger buns in our hamburger” The Staff also did not understand that we had an issue with being served the so called “hamburger” and thought we were being difficult because we Said that it what they served us was in fact not a hamburger. Cant reccomend

2 stars for the staff and the location as they were great. The food on the other hand, was shockingly bad. Had a chicken burger that tasted like paper and had the texture of dog food. Also didn’t help that it took 35 minutes to be served. Sadly can’t recommend.

We had to wait a bit long and many loud dogs around - but this Breakfast and Açai Bowls are precious! 👍🏼 Highly recommended.

Food is pretty average, I had a veggie lasagna and a banoffee pie. Small portion to the lasagna and the banoffee didn't have much more than aesthetic going for it. The servers didn't seem to want to take much notice of the queue forming outside (despite there being empty tables) before a local in front of us had a word with them. Seems to live off it's location rather than the food.

Best Açai I’ve ever tried ❤️ Very very good and smooth the way they should be, coffee is also very good, and extra 5 stars for apple pie, delicious!
