Great bikes, responsive brakes and easy to shift gears. Henrique is a phenomenal story teller and we learned so much about the history and myths of Porto on the tour that took us all the way out to the ocean along the riverside. A great way to see a lot of Porto.

Just the right place to rent a bike! The guy behind the counter gave me some useful hints on where it makes sense to go, and which places are better to avoid (because either I waste my time watching nothing, or because the terrain is difficult for bike roads). All bikes in equally good conditions. Personally, I have no problems with mine, except for noisy v-brakes (there are more expensive models with disc breaks though, and also you may ask for a bike with less noisy breaks if it's important for you). I had good time exploring beaches of Nova de Gaia and urban areas of Porto.

Fold n visit is a business that is growing quickly and no wonder. Sergio was quick to respond to any question prior to our trip. He ensures that all details of our trip are confirmed and reconfirmed. Our group of 18 was on the 6 day Portuguese Camino. We were met at the airport and taken to our hotel. A city tour was organized in Porto .The 6 day tour is carefully planned, and all details confirmed. Sergio Jose and Padro were aware and attentive to our needs and questions. On the road and trails they were observant of when we were getting tired and needed support or a break it happened. And the few times we were on a busy road gave us specific directions and did traffic control. The bikes were excellent and I know that each evening they check ed the bikes and performed general maintenance, There was always 2 “Fold and Visit” staff with us on the trails and the roads, and the support van was never far away. The meals and hotels were excellent. Fold nVisit truly want each of the cyclists to have a safe and fun adventure, Bev

We just finished an amazing week of cycling along the coast from Lisbon to Lagos. Top bike did a great job lining up our bikes, hotels, routes and numerous recommendations. We loved going through all the small towns and all of the dirt roads and trails, so that we really saw the Portugal countryside, cliffs and all this beautiful country has to offer!

Our group of 19 took a ride to Camina de Santiago de Compostela and thoroughly enjoyed all of it. Sergio’s team were patient with us when we had our mishaps. He made arrangements at great hotels and eateries. We had a fantastic experience. If you knew me - I’m a bit of a klutz and fell and hurt myself- but the tour team helped us all to have a trip a lifetime.

This is the best recreational cycle tour I've done in 20 yrs of cycling. Well organised, well priced, quality accommodation and ebikes and lots of little extras included. Sergio is the man to contact if you really want a great fully supported abd guided experience in a beautiful part of the world at a relaxed enjoyable pace. E bikes a must for us older citizens.

We booked our tour three months ago, and when it came to the date of the tour, the weather was unfavourable and TBT offered a reschedule. However, this was not possible due to our other conflicting plans and so our original tour went ahead, which was absolutely fantastic despite heavy rain. Miguel was a very helpful and positive tour guide. Many thanks for a great experience

The Camino de Santiago bike journey from Porto to Stgo. De Compostela, Spain, is a must for biking enthusiasts. Our experience with Top Bike Tour Portugal was outstanding. Sergio’s, Miguel’s, and Pedro’s attention to detail was excellent. The support van was always there when needed for rest and hydration stops. The pace was comfortable, and the terrain was varied and sometimes challenging (but fun). The lodging accommodations were first class, and our meals were excellent and reasonably priced. The journey took us over beautiful boardwalks, villages, cities, vineyards, farms, and mountains; never a dull moment. We recommend the use of e-bikes unless you are a top-notch cyclist. All their bikes were of excellent quality. Go ahead and book today.

I have done both guided and self guided bike tours with Top Bike from Porto to Santiago. Sergio and his crew made sure everyone had a great time and went above and beyond to accommodate their guests. If you'd like to go at your own pace and feel comfortable riding solo, self paced is a good option, the GPS was pretty accurate and sergio was available if I had questions via WhatsApp, if you'd like to be with a group and stop for lunch and meet new people, then the group tour is a great option. The accommodations were great in addition to the food and support from Top Bike. All their bikes are new and in perfect condition. I would recommend them to family and friends looking for a top notch company to guide them on their travels...

We had a really good time with our tour guide Miguel. He knew a lot about the city of Porto and he knew a lot of good places to go for a beer/wine.

My husband and I took the Vicentine Route(Rota Vicentina) in October and it was spectacular! We highly recommend this bike touring company. Sergio, the owner is a top guide.

Great experience with João. Highly recommended. João knows a lot about the history of the city and is more than willing to share his knowledge and answer our questions .

(Translated by Google) The tour with Marta our guide was very nice, despite my two falls. She has been very caring all along. It's a great guide, I recommend it. By cons level safety on the road is a bit limited, but that's Porto! Cars are not fans of bikes. So expect to be honked.

One of the highlights of our visit to Portugal was the afternoon that we spent on our walking tour with Hugo Vaz. We originally signed up for the tour of the Old Jewish Community, but learned so much more as we walked the streets. Hugo and his associate have advanced degrees and are knowledgeable about the history, industry, and economics of the fascinating country of Portugal. I regret not taking this tour earlier so that I could have visited other sights such as the "Port Wine & Douro Institute". My guide was able to educate me on both topics with equal fluency. My next visit will include a bike tour along the waterfront!

We had a blast with the bike tour, we went all over the city and learnt about its history. I recommend this if you don’t have a lot of time and want to get a good overview of the city.

My wife and I have just returned from the six day bike tour from Porto to Santiago de Compostela led by Fold n' Visit. We have now experienced seven European bike tours in various countries. Six were guided as was this one. This tour is a notch above all the others. You are in the constant hands and service of Sergio and his carefully chosen guides. The biking can be challenging at times. We chose the basic package with the meal plan. The accommodation and meals were excellent. If you invest and trust in Sergio, you will be richly rewarded. He is truly one of a kind. If you are as lucky as we were to be matched with kind and generous fellow travellers, you too may also come away with one or more life long friends.

We rent the bikes. They were moderate. Old and used. My wife's bikes gears were not working. When returning there was no one in shop. Just sign that they will return shortly. We take a coffee break and even after this there was none. I called and it took 40 minutes to get someone to the shop. Comming shortly is relative 😄 Other star for nice staff

This was a very good experience. Caring owner and staff. Over 70 age couple did independent tour from Porto to Coimbra on regular bikes. Lovely back roads, some quaint bumpy cobblestones, good restaurant suggestions, good seaside views. Mary

Outstanding! My wife and I just completed a tour from Oct 1-Oct 9 from Porto to Santiago De Compostella. Almost every aspect surpassed our expectations. To be clear we had never been to Portugal or Spain before so there was some WOW factor but we never got past that...the route, scenery, Bikes surpassed our expectations by a long shot. We consider ourselves pretty hardcore mountain bikers from Colorado and pushed back on E-Mtn bikes but in the end it helped make the trip...we worked hard but when we needed to preserve energy to explore the upcoming overnight stay we did. Allowed us to check out Roman ruins off the tour and other cool sites, without Bike we would have been wasted. We still worked hard and yet felt great finally getting into the pools at the hotels. The Hotels they set us up with were MUCH better than we anticipated. Overall they were a 4 0r 4.5 on a scale of 1-5. Some were a clear 5. No complaints. One example....riding into Baiano, we came around a corner and saw a spectacular castle ahead, the outer fortress spanning a few hundred meters and cool turrets, etc, perched at the edge of the bay. We said we had to go explore it. As it turns out our Hotel was a renovated part of the hotel , so we stayed nb the castle....amazing. I could and will go on later, but Sergio, Telmo, John and others were great. A trip we will tell stories about for years.
