A 5 star hotel by international standard's. Exquisite and beautiful.

Was a pleasant stay. Food had variety and was great. French is what everyone speaks and are comfortable with. Wifi is around 20Mbps speed. Note one thing there are is no one assigned, to carry your luggage to your room.

Location is ok Services and restaurant are unqualified and most of the time menu items not available. If your reservation belongs to an egency expect rude and unexpected treat. I was there 5 times then i asked my company to change it to better.

If we see room wise, this is a good hotel but room service is nothing. No one listening on constant calling. And they don't have good behavior.

Restaurant has only few foods. Receptionists are not so friendly. Very clean rooms and you can feel safe

luxury hotel. Restaurant staff were slow. Disappointed to see some dust in my room. Apart from that it's a good place. Far from the chaos and dirt the city offers.

The traffic from the hotel on a weekday is horrendous and rats have been seen in the dining area so be careful

This hotel located at West Africa guniya . Very nice local people. They are hard workers.

Rooms are well cleaned and space for the rooms are good enough. Only thing is the television channels needs to be added like international channels.

Service is absolutely atrocious. Both the food service, quality of food and service from customer service desk. After complaining from 11 am to 1700 pm about broken remote did they only respond after I demanded a new room. I cannot emphasize enough how bad the service is and was made to feel bad for complaining.

Good hotel for conferences. We did 2 in this hotel inclusief lunch. Lunch was great, a lot of options for meat, fish and vegetarian. The conference room looks great, with beamer, speakerset and microphones and someone that helps with the power (powersupply in Guinee is quit bad usually, they use generators). But this after some tests came out good.

Love Hotel Kaloum. The customer service is excellent. I spent 8 nights had a wonderful time. The rooms were clean and can be compared to any 5 star hotel in the west. The skybar on the 18th floor gives you a view overlooking the presidential palace and the Atlantic ocean. The price was excellent for what they have to offer.

If you don't speak french you will have difficulties in communication with the restaurant stuff.
