Sorry to write this but the behaviour of staff is very bad. They have no manners. Hospital staff advise us to call at 7AM to book the appointment but nobody answers the call. There should be a better system to book the appointment.

Ghatiya tareen hospital... they make you waste the whole day doing a bunch of random tests and when you finally get in to see the doctor he rushes the session as if it's all a joke... I went to get a checkup for my kidney stones and they did all the x-rays ultrasound and everything but will not tell me the size of the stones... if you're not willing to tell me the size of my kidney stone then why are you running the hospital in the first place? It was my first time there and definitely my last ... extremely unprofessional staff and docs... they'll make anything up to rip you off... so save yourself the time and money and go elsewhere. ..where people actually care about your health and well-being.

Staff Members' attitude is very non-serious. When I called to get appointment they gave me some other time to call and when I called at that time, they told me to call again tomorrow.

Behaviour of staff is very non serious, they even didn’t pick a call, doctors should take serious action against the staff

CHENAB hospital is established by one of the famous doctor of GUJRAT. It is special for Eye related disease. Now plenty of investors and doctors established big size private hospitals in GUJRAT. In a way it is a mile stone in making Medical sector as successful business model. Sector improves with competition but medical sector needs to go to its basic which is serving humanity not making money

I went there to see Dr Imtiaz eye specialist.I went there 5am and got number to see doctor.They told me Doctor will come 8am but if you leave the facility i will cut your name you have to sit here.Are you kidding me .This is 2023 but same bad behaviour of staff and i will blame doctor for this thing also.People waste here all day please go and see other eye specialist there are more young and nice doctors than dr imtiaz.

The staff's attitude is completely unserious, they ask to call for an appointment at 6-7 in the morning but no one answers.

They are not picking up the phone. As hospital they spouse to tack-care of emergency.

Doctor is legend.but the damm staff,staff is too short and unprofessional,as my experience i went to the counter at 5 AM get my appointment number wait for doctor to arrive at 9Am after that Wait more to get my tern at 12AM get tested and get result at 1:20PM here my whole day going too waste and actually i feel batter before going to hospital then after. TO HOSPITAL MANAGEMENT: "GET MORE STAFF"

Good hospital for 👁️ eye check-up

This place seems a third class bus station of any third world country rather a Hospital and a Clinic. I would like to highlight some undeniable issues of this Place. 1 - Unethical Doctor with Malpractice The Doctor himself is not polite, as tradition in Pakistan Doctors are produced by just cramming books but no any science or any kind of ethical training. The Doctor calls his patients out of respect and his behaviour evidently shows he just focuses upon his earning not patients' health and grativity of their situation. He prescribes mostly/only self-available medicines, unnecessarily Lab works just to increase bills and pathetically surgery. He charges high fee to provide best services with Patients' privacy but none of them is offered because more than one person is invited in the Clinic while forgoing already have sit inside. 2 - Rude unprofessional and insolent Staff Clinics and Hospitals are the places where serving people must be polite and considerate but unfortunately no one is professional and polite here. Staff are clock watchers and shrik from responsibilities if any Patient asks any questions they come forward to bite them they prefer to chat with one another but not helpful especially at welcoming Reception prior to Doctor's check up and verify Patients' data. 3 - Fake appointment, dishonesty, unavailability of landlines, Dishonesty starts when a person tries multiple times to make a call, no immediate response from the given numbers. If by chance anybody's phones is answered but unfortunately the caller encounters very unprofessional and incompetent and lunatic telephonist who even doesn't know the ethics to perform such jobs. Any normal person can say there's been some Monkey Business going on. They are dishonet in making check-up schedule,they assign numbers not time even they intentionally leave top 20 numbers to entertain acquaintances and preferences. 4 - No Proper Cleanliness The whole Hospital is dirty and not properly clean, back corridor and Rest rooms are dirty and smelly. 5 No Digital, still black and white stone age traditional methods for everything in this modern age even a riskshaw driver is using an IPhone and an Android, People know how to use technology they can make their appointment online, they must be provided their medical history online, they should be informed electronically of every single movement concerning to this clinic and Hospital, Lab Data must be uploaded into patients's account so that Patients can discuss wherever they want to. 6 - Poor Pharmacy system They misbehave with patients and ignore them, even they do not provide medicine rather presenting reasons they do not have any change of 500/1000 in fact it is incumbent upon them to arrange everything. In short They are non Professional and unethical

At the end of the day, the staff calls at 6 o'clock, when the list is full, then at 9 o'clock the next appointment is due at such a date that the problem is solved.
