1. The SPA promised transportation from the gate but failed to take our calls. We called MULTIPLE times and finally had to walk for 40 minutes to get there. 2. The steam room was not functional and nobody could tell us when or if it would be up and running again. 3. No hot water in the men’s shower. My friend had to take a cold shower. 4. WORST massage ever!! It felt like more of rub than a massage. It was rushed and unsatisfactory. They didn’t even offer water for us to drink and their towels are old and smell horrible when damp.

My recent stay at Kuriftu Entoto Resort was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the incredible respect and warmth of the staff. I've honestly never encountered such consistently courteous and helpful service. They truly went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The accommodations at Kuriftu are truly unique. My room was beautifully designed, embracing nature and simplicity in a way that felt both luxurious and grounding. It was a refreshing change from typical hotel rooms, offering a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. Kuriftu Entoto Resort offers a fantastic range of activities. I had a wonderful time trying out the horseback riding and the zip line – both were thrilling and well-organized. The resort also boasts go-karting, paintball, and many other options, ensuring there's something for everyone. You certainly won't be bored! The dining experience was equally impressive. The resort's restaurant serves up a variety of delicious dishes, and their cakes are simply divine! I have to give a special shout-out to the chefs and restaurant staff for their excellent work. Finally, a big thank you to all the staff at Kuriftu Entoto Resort. Your dedication and kindness made my stay truly memorable. A quick note for future visitors: be aware that there is an entrance fee, and they operate a cashless system, accepting only online payments or card transactions. This is good to know beforehand to ensure a smooth arrival. Also, pack some cozy clothes as the mountain air can get a bit chilly.

The resort promised transportation from and to the Resturant as well are the other amenities that are paid for as a part of the package. The car never can on time, was always at least 45 minutes late. You’ll be spending most of your trip waiting for that car. Just to eat lunch you have to waste at least an hour and a half waiting for the car, to do anything you have to waste your time waiting for that car. Total waste of money and time. Customer service is very disappointing, they had us walk with our luggage and other stuff because apparently there was no car available. Don’t waste your money. Go somewhere else.

My experience at Kuriftu in Entoto was amazing! I loved the fresh atmosphere and delightful scents throughout the place. The creativity in the design of the tents and rooms truly enhanced my stay. Originally, we planned to stay for just one day, but we ended up extending our time because we enjoyed it so much the games zip line trampoline and the spa and massage was wonderful The Ethiopian food was fantastic, and the hospitality was exceptional. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

It was a very good experience. Service can't get any better. The staffs are amazing people - Very helpful and freidnly. The rooms were good. Very cold but they provide you bed warming pads and a heater. The food at the restaurant can be a little bit better but it's decent not bad.

It's freezing, but they've a bed warmer. I recommend bringing warm clothes.

One of the best places you could ever be. Amazing and wonderful place with elegant slow classical music; resting beds with water filled ground. Imagine enjoying swimming fish in a small pond where your comfy bed is placed. The hospitality is unimaginable. You won’t feel better comfort in your own home as you do at this place. You feel like you just became a king. I would come to this place every week.

Perfect place, if you want to live a dream, go to Entoto Park! The tents are amazing, the zipline is so fun, the massage, jacuzzi and sauna are out of this world, you can go horse ridding, awesome food, the staff are extremely kind, lovely and helpful, specially Eden, the hotel manager. You are going to fall in love and not want to live this paradise, trust me! And I went alone as solo female brazilian traveler. The restaurant is amazing, food is great, well served, many options, Rabira debele treated me so well and was really kind! This is a place that recommend 100% and will definitely come back.
