Wrost hotel stay in my life first time rate is like a star hotel but service like road side hotel staff are totally unprofessional they don't have any manner of how to talking guest. They are charges 2500 one night stay no water bottel and no any drinking water facility no break fast . Reception people telling breakfast available after 11 o clock but when I booked room breakfast is complimentary but they r saying not morning time after 11 I clock . Too bad experience even I asked night hot water that also not provided to hotel employees totally mas hotel I asked manager no they are not provided if any guest are problem facing your hotel so no body care no body response person ?? Too bad

Peaceful ambience ... Felt cute. 😻 Friendly staff and warm welcome. Good food ... especially the Chicken dish ❤️ Was promoted by staff to fill the feedback and promised for complimentary gift ... But unfortunately didn't turn around 😂.. never mind but it was Worth visiting resort 😇✌️

Good Place in small city of Gulbarga. It is 8 to 9 km away from main city. Too silent and very healthy atmosphere for stay. Huge open area around this resort. Though power is issue here but this place have Generator Back up. Nice place to visit along with your family as kids can enjoy swimming pool, garden and indoor games.

PLEASE NOTE that in spite of all advertisements online, this is not an OYO... The Management will blatantly refuse your bookings made at OYO and will not honour your reservation, so please dont book online. We booked it for a cheap 800 bucks per room and then had to shell out 2500 for the same. It's a lovely place no doubt but the management is a bit untrained which of course isn't a major problem compared to the beautiful resort. The resort is amazingly well maintained and ample parking space with super clean rooms. It's a great place to stay in Gulbarga.

The lunch was okay. The place was completely deserted the 1st time we visited and the 2 time there were hardly 2 families. The staff was polite and courteous. The resort is well kept and clean.

I highly suggest not to visit this resort with your family and friends. Management will do false promises like unlimited breakfast and swimming pool. But realty is they won't allow us to enter swimming pool by giving reason as maintenance. And morning provide 2 idli and 1 vade as breakfast without drinking water. Again we have to pay amount for drinking water. Manager wont take any action and help guest. This the worst experience I ever had in resort.

Quite good place to stay with family,Nice Service from Resort Staffs . Rooms Ambience are also good and well maintained. If some adventures games add-on in this it would be great value " Chaar Chand Lag Jaayega"

This is one of the good place for hospitality. There are some really good dishes you can try it. Also you can stay here as a guest with your family there are lot of fun activities.

Went for lunch on a weekday with family. Couldn't utilize the facilities as it was very hot outside. Food quality was good, service was very late. Overall mixed opinion. I am sure in the evenings ambience will be much better

Worst experience ever, I have visited many resorts but this is the worst resort I have ever visited. There is no free drinking water. For one drop of water also we have pay 35 rs for water bottle. While booking they will tell like swimming pool available and free unlimitef breakfast. But reality is management won't allow us to entering swimming pool by giving reason as maintenance issue. They provided one plate breakfast but for water we have to pay amount. Management is just looting the amount from customer

But after paying amount and entering resort we get to know we can't use swimmingpool because of maintenance. And breakfast also they provided only 2 idli and 1vade. After infirming manager. Good food, hygienic, and great experience to dine in at this venue. It is very much approachable as it is on aland road. It has swimming pool 🏊‍♀️, rooms for overnight stay, dine in restaurant, lawn etc.

Great experience in this resort. We did 2 get together for our school friends in this resort. Hospitality and service is good. Swimming pool, snooker, TT, Badminton, Carrom board courts and available to enjoy with family and friends.

For family it's good place to have food and here food is also tasty veg and non-veg, about food serving also speed and hotel is well maintained by staff, Here you can sit beside pool and have dinner. And there you will get small party, home function facilities, here children also play games. Here you will get special daal khichidi and try this daal khichidi Which contains 4 different daal. It's Very tasty and yummy ✌😍.

Good to Stay.. Away from all disturbance

Very good resort. Good food, ambience Rooms were clean, spacious. Nice place to relax. We played snooker. We used the conference hall for wedding, they arranged it pretty well accommodating all our requests. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The prices are a bit on higher side.

We had great experience here. Facilities are awesome. First of a kind in Kalburgi or Gulbarga. We had 2 times school friends get together in this resort. Enjoyed swimming, cricket, snookers, table tennis, badminton, gym and had our party with bonfire with music.

Good sports arena - Have pool table, carrom board and TT table. Room service bad. For every request you have to remind. Room clean service also lacks promptness and care. Rooms are dull. No dental and shaving kits provided. Charges over MRP exorbitant.
