The bartender was great! Very personable and engaged with all customers. I saw him helping his coworkers when needed as well. The meal was good, but wish the medallions had been a little more given the price. The creamed spinach was good (good flavor), but had too much of the cream so it was very thick. The tomahawk steak looked amazing, but they were already out by the time I arrived for dinner around 630pm. Great atmosphere for a date night for sure.

Took my Wife here for her Birthday on 3/19/2022. I had done my research about the place and menu. I ordered the Colossal Shrimp Cocktail and miss the “Atomic” cocktail sauce part on the menu. It was very delicious, but on the second one I told my Wife, this has some heat to it. And then on the third, I was like yeah this is hot lol. She looked and said it seemed to be wasabi in it, and she was right, so be careful. I'm glad I didn't dip it all the way in the sauce real good, I told my Wife I would have been running around the restaurant saying hot hot lol. I already had a run path mapped out. We order both ordered the NY strip steak with shareable sides, cream spinach and whipped yukon golds. I ordered my steak well, but they both came out medium well and was on the ticket that way, so I chalked that up to maybe our nice waitress Bailey didn't hear me correctly, and it was good so no complaints. All in all I had a great time here, enjoyed the food, and my Wife had the hatter cocktail that she really enjoyed. My Wife also enjoyed the Crème brûlée and I got the Birthday treat which was ice cream over a warm square chocolate cookie with fudge, and berries. See pics attached to review. I highly recommend this place. I think it would be best to reserve your table in advance, it was a very easy process. Important note about parking: Parking is free on the street if you can find, if not you have to pay through phone, and make sure you pay attention not to park in spots with star on it, they are higher unless you want that. As well please move slider when paying, I think by default it's set to 12 hours.

I love this place. It was recommended to me by some of the locals as a cool place to go and I was not disappointed. The atmosphere is classy and upscale but don't feel like you have to dress up. Some people were dressed up and others in regular T-shirt and jeans. The staff were warm and welcoming, and helped me select a drink and order food. I've attached a video of one of the bartenders making my drink so you can have the experience too! The steak was cooked well, one of the best steaks I've had while in Pensacola! The price isn't bad either. You can smoke outside on the patio so feel free to bring your cigars! Overall I highly recommend this place to lounge, have a night out, and enjoy the ambiance!

Fine dining, white table cloths- perfect spot for dinner after we eloped! We shared a bottle of prosecco, Seared sea scallops appetizer which was really good then shared a 16 oz Beef tenderloin with mashed potatoes, asparagus & roasted tomatoes then Nutella tart for dessert with candied hazelnuts. Everything was great & it was nice to literally share our first meal as husband & wife! This was another place we made reservations ahead of time and the restaurant seemed full so we were glad we did.

My sister took me to the District to celebrate my birthday. The whipped bourbon sweet potatoes were tasty! Steak had a charred crust and was juicy. Cocktails & the complementary birthday dessert definitely made my evening. We plan to come back and check out the Happy Hour with live music upstairs next time. Would recommend for a date night, anniversary or celebration. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because they sat us at a 2 seater table right next to a wall, and it was very tight. Also, you must pay for parking downtown Pensacola.

Wow! Wow! Wow! We visited The District and was very impressed by how well the food was cooked! I love love love this place hands down will be our go to date night spot. We had the lamb lollipops, shrimp w/ a soy glaze , wedge salad, crawfish risotto, NY strip hand cut and the blueberry lemon drop ! Whew when I tell you everything was a 10/10 !!!!! The lamb lollipops were absolutely amazing!!!! Perfect seasoned and tasty! The couscous was EXCELLENT!!!! The shrimp was perfect and fried perfectly very flavorful and I love the sauce omg sooo good! The NY strip was perfectly cooked and the homemade steak sauce is amazing as well. The crawfish risotto was seasoned and prepared with love!! It was extremely tasty! The drinks were good we got blueberry lemon drop, sidecar, and a regular lemon drop! Let’s just say I had a GREAT night after a few of them lol!!! I highly recommend The District deserves a chef kiss!!! Chef Ramsey would be highly impressed with the chef’s skills here!!! Also mark was our waiter and he was an amazing server!!! Absolutely one of the best restaurants in the area, by far the best steak. Andy was wonderful, so sweet and attentive. We would go back just for him! We celebrated my bday and it was such a blast! Fancy, fun, and so delicious. Best date night place for sure! I am super bummed we forgot our leftovers and realized after we got home (lol) but we were so distracted with how great of an evening it had been! The lounge is upbeat, the main dining area is great for an upscale evening. We can’t wait to go again! Thank you so much for making our evening perfect!

The food and service were just OK. Rating a 3 because at this price point I'd expect excellent service and food. One son and I had The salmon. I ordered it medium as suggested by the waiter and he ordered well done. They came out the same. Edible, but don't ask how I want it cooked if you just cook it all the same. My husband and other son had steak. One ordered well done, the other medium well. Both came out medium, maybe even medium rare - red center. They both said it was very salty. Caesar salad was just OK. Again, would expect something great for a $10 side. Lettuce a bit soggy, but edible. I think they were understaffed- waiter was very polite, but didn't have time to check on the table at all. I've had better steak and salmon at basic chain steakhouse for half the price. Dessert was the highlight. If you do go here, get the chocolate cream brulee. Different from usual cream brulee but fudge and I would order again!

If you are looking for a great steak in downtown Pensacola then check out the District Steak and Seafood. I had the most perfect dry aged New York Strip. No sauce needed cooked to perfection at medium for me. The side of Brussels sprouts were cooked to perfection with a crispy caramelized outer shell. Our waiter Gabriel was knowledgeable about the wine selections. The bread pudding is a must if you are looking for a delicious dessert. So far the best I have had in many years.

Amazing food. Awesome cheese board. Best cheddar I've ever had. Steak exploding with flavor. Top notch waitress. Quality prices equals equally quality service.

Excellent food. Ordered the shrimp as an appetizer which was very good. Wife ordered the filet and I ordered the ribeye. Both were superb. Cooked to perfection! They even gave us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary. Ralph was an excellent waiter. Will be back again for more special occasions!

My husband and I have been wanting to come for so long because of all the great reviews. Unfortunately, we were underwhelmed. Although the food was good, there wasn’t anything memorable that would bring us back. We had a couple cocktails, crab cake, steak, sweet potatoes, glass of wine, and a dessert. The best part were the cocktails and sweet potatoes. Our crab cake could have used a bit more crisp and the steak was overdone. Solid meal but not the fireworks we were expecting.

We were twice here during our 2-weeks vacation. Gorgeous place, but I from all the menu I enjoyed only beef carpaccio and cocktail with lavender syrup. Raw Oysters are not clean, burger has awful meat, salads have not fresh green leaves, steaks are just normal, nothing special. The second visit service was disappointing. They do not follow your orders’ details. First time I didn’t leave any tips in a restaurant. Don’t think we come back again.

My wife and I had dinner here Saturday before attending the Saenger Theater for Swan Lake. Our server Mark was fantastic, and it is always wonderful to see someone take their job seriously and with such passion. Mark nicely explained all the menu options, and he was extremely attentive. Each course arrived promptly, and each specialty drink was well-balanced. The food was delicious, and we will most definitely be coming back.

It was my first time at a "fancier" restaurant. The food was good. My steak was served to me quite cold, I informed the server and asked him to heat it. He returned with a whole new steak instead of just heating the first one. The creme brulee was amazingly delicious. The place is beautiful and employees are kind. I loved the upstairs lounge. The view from the balcony was beautiful . I definitely plan to go back.

To be honest we’re trying to avoid those pretensions old restaurants, but this one surprised us. At first, Location and interior is very good, at second, the food is soo tasty! We’ve tried a lot of dishes and all of them are fantastic. Rockefeller oysters, calamari, scallops for start, and then main dishes Halibut, pork ribs etc. At third the service in exceptional. Our server is one of the best. Wine is also delicious. Recommended to visit!

We celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday here. We had a rare Tomahawk steak with au poivre sauce add-on (worth it) Crawfish mashed potatoes, Delmonico ribeye, asparagus, lobster bisque soup (highly-recommend! …so much flavor) and caprese salad (missing the basil taste). Plus cocktails. They served a complimentary blondie brownie and ice cream for his birthday. All around - great service and good food. ❤️

I have been here twice and have had great experiences both times. The food tasted amazing both times. I had the filet mignon both times I came here and it was cooked very well. Service here has been fast and friendly both times. It's pricey, but definitely a great option if you are willing to spend a little more.

So far my favorite steak house in Pensacola. The French onion soup was to die for. Cute quaint atmosphere. Quiet. Excellent food. Must try it.

This place came highly recommended by friends. However, our dinner was a pretty big let down. Party of 7 and we all ordered steaks. None of our steaks were cooked to our liking (over or under cooked). The filets were not tender and on the dry side. The 100 day dry aged 28oz steak that my husband ordered had a super funny taste and was so dry. The sides were great, and so were the martinis and margaritas. Our sever was pleasant. But I just cannot get past how much we paid for our steaks vs what we got. Needless to say, we won’t be going back.

This was my first time here and my Birthday. Our waitress was Demi and she was an absolute delight, knowledgeable and welcoming. The appetizers, the main course (steak)and the dessert (bread pudding/peach cobbler)was perfectly delicious. We will be back!
