Nice and quiet .. teens doing agility work and there was a great posing room. Not a ton of equipment, but plenty of things to be creative !!

Good all around gym, rarely crowded and you can drop the weights if you're into Olympic lifts.

Easily the best gym in the area. Boxing lessons with Tuck are challenging and have helped me make huge improvements in my cardio.

They have all the equipment you need, their rates are reasonable, and you can get 24 hour access.

I have been going to this gym for a little over 6 months. I see Andrew Tucker in personal training sessions and take his boxing group lessons. When I first started, I was out of shape and didn't have much energy, but he was able to give me challenging workouts that maximized my potential. I have lost over 30 lbs now and feel great. I highly recommend this place, great people, great equipment and the best personal trainer around! Also, it is a 24 hour gym, I don't use it, but its there if you need it.

Good staff been members for over a year! Equipment is in good condition specialty drinks ( Health and fitness lol)made in house . Plenty of room and extra activities for all ages!

Besides being close to my house, I like Acceleration Fitness because it is a 24 hour gym. There's a wide variety of equipment and weighs to achieve any results needed.

Best gym I have ever joined. Owners are awesome. If you want to get fit this is the gym for you
