If
I
could
leave
zero
stars,
I
would.
We
reserved
a
room
through
the
Hopper
app,
pictures
looked
great
and
the
value
was
there!
As
we
arrived,
we
noticed
a
homeless
person
rented
up
in
the
empty
lot
next
door.
We
went
to
check
in,
and
the
lobby
is
currently
under
remodel
and
is
looking
good
so
far.
The
check
in
lady
gave
us
a
key
card
to
check
the
room
to
ensure
the
quality
was
up
to
our
standards.
It
definitely
was
NOT.
This
hotel
was
absolutely
disgusting.
The
room
smelled
HEAVILY
of
smoke,
there
were
stains
and
ashes
on
the
floor,
cigarette
burned
bedding,
and
tore
up
mattresses.
I
did
not
feel
comfortable
even
letting
my
children
in
the
room.
The
bathroom
was
worse
than
a
gas
station.
The
nice
lady
at
the
front
desk
told
me
to
contact
the
hopper
app
for
a
refund,
because
the
room
did
NOT
look
like
the
pictures
online
and
this
is
absolutely
unacceptable.
We
paid
$116
for
this
room
for
one
night,
and
i
expected
better.
This
seemed
like
a
“pay
by
the
hour”
motel,
for
sure.
100%
do
not
recommend.
